AA S4XX owners…do you have
I need the aluminum “L” shaped block that the pressure gauge screws into.
I’ve had one ordered from PA’s service group for three months now and all I’ve managed to obtain were some O-rings.
It doesn’t have to be pretty, and I don’t think it’s possible to break as there are no moving parts. I supposed it could crack or something, but I just need one that is in one piece with no cracks.
AA has a weird way of getting air to their gauge. There is a thin O-ring that fits between this block and the air cylinder, and the air squeezes past the O-ring in a small perpendicular groove that runs through the circular groove the O-ring fits into. Weird!

PS: Yes, I know you are asking yourself “How the hell did that senile moron managed to break a one piece, solid block of aluminum, with no moving parts?” Well…I didn’t break it! It caught fire, but I managed to disassemble the rifle before any further damage was done. It’s a long story.

Stay tuned Riffraff, I’m in the process of bullpupping mine.
I had a 1″ full shroud, with baffles, built by Josh Graham for mine. Now, even on high power, it’s almost dead silent. Just a valve ping.
Josh shortened my air gauge mount to permit him to put a QD fill port on it. He wanted to keep it cosmetically nice looking. However, the QD port is hard to reach, so I either have to enlarge the hole in the stock, or get a regular sized air gauge mount. He moved the air gauge to the front of the air cylinder where the AA fill port used to be. I like it better this way.
I lack the machinery to make the bullpup Weaver mount, trigger and linkage, and the stock myself. So I might give Pekador a try.
The AA S510 is just too nice a pcp to part with, but I need a shorter version and a bull pup is the answer. Plenty of power and accuracy to spare, and now it’s quiet too.
I’ll post some pics when I get things moving.

Did you break yours, or are you experimenting?
Ive never removed mine, but wanted to change it when I bullpup the 410. Its gonna be a while though.

How did he get away with a 1″ diam. shroud, did you have a breech riser made or is the shroud off-center? I saw the pics of your rifle, but the method wasnt obvious enough and I didnt ask before.
The biggest I could fit on mine without special voodoo was .75ID with a VERY thin-wall carbon tube.
