Airforce Hand Pump
Mine is leaking and is unusable. It’s 2 months old and has been used maybe 12 times.
I know, I know… not a new topic but I have a twist I’ve not read about before.
I contacted Airforce, they put me in touch with the manufacturer. We semi-diagnosed over email and he told what parts I need and he sent me re-build instructions. I also have in writing (email) that I will not be voiding my warranty by attempting the rebuild because (and only because) he is allowing me to attempt this myself before sending back (shipping cost) for him to attempt a rebuild. If you are in warranty I’d def go through the right channels first. If you’re out of warranty you have nothing to lose.
I’ll post more info once I attempt this. The instructions do not include pictures (but I’ll take some) and they are specific to the part he wants me to replace but he goes on to say that “you’ll now be able to rebuild the pump whenever you need to” so I imagine they fairly complete.

Appreciated but really no issue yet other than normal email delays while while my pump is useless and my tanks are empty. He’s been very helpful. Although I did stop at 2 hardward stores today looking for the needed o-rings without any luck.
I was hoping to do this tonight but I’ll have to wait until Sunday now. And that’s assuming I can find the right o-rings in my travels tomorrow.
I live about 15 miles from there. If you have an issue you cant resolve at a distance. I can chat with them in person. ken
Thanks, most likely just an authorized service center. I’m pretty sure they are Chinese these days.
This is the address I was given to send it back to have them rebuild it.
I never asked if they actually contructed the pump on site or were they were a repair facilty for the manufacturer. A quick search on the name revealed a variety of items from skylights to scopes and some othe things but i didn’t put much effort into it.

Bean; The instructions you receive, the parts list and pic would be of great service to us poor bastards with the AF pump. So when your able, please post what you get. AKULA
