Yes, everybody notices that my topic about EDgun Matador R3, caliber .30 was deleted without any explanations. There was only one — to add GRAFICK to the header, but I told I failed to edit it.
Now I wanted to create a new topic and found that I cannot do it. It said: “Access to this forum is limited. In order to access or read this forum you must be a member. You can apply to one of the groups below.” When I tried to add any of the groups, I found only “Group Application, Membership Closed, Membership into this Group is currently closed.” Is it me stupid unable to make a topic in this forum or something esle?

The progress is going up, absolutly normal that first you buy IPhone 1, then appears IPhone 2 or so and you find yourself spending money for “old” model just few months ago. That is normal. No one manufacturer will upgrade your “IPhone” free of charge just to please you. You will go and buy new one. The same situation with cars or any goods.
I am not an exclusion. I could just keep going on from single shot to multi shot, forgeting about those who used to bought single shot, knowing that most of them will buy new multi shot gun. As it was said — it is much more profitable to sell gun then sell breech, that it true. Anyhow I will keep my promise and will sell multi shot KIT for those who doesn’t want to buy a new gun and want to keep the old one just to upgrade it. To upgrade it will cost cheaper then to buy new one, that is obvious to me. Thus I go to the wrong way, giving people the chance not to buy a new gun, silly me…
As for deposit, full payment etc, would work the way MG says, but I took prepayment ONLY for .30 which are limited number to be produced and I don’t know when I will more. For .22 and .25 standard procedure, deposit, waiting period of time and after guns are arrived — payment, delivery. Nothing changed. By the way Tony doesn’t buy guns from me, I send them to him based on his order, which is in its turn is based on depoits.
About Steve and my e-mail him. He unswered me within few minuts after I have e-mailed him, as soon as I get his reply I e-mailed him back with the question. I doubt he missed it. MG, you shouldn’t value people based on your own way of life, if you consider normal for youself to lie, it doesn’t mean the other behaive the same way.

Based on the above and especially your last sentence, you’re a wonderful guy! You make it sound like you’re Mr. Wonderful when this is all about you fulfilling the promise you made years ago and have had ample time to fulfill but always find another excuse not to fulfill. Bottom line, I think you are full of shit and don’t intend on making the multi shot upgrade kits. You’ve had ample time. Tell your BS to your ass kissing public.
As far as Steve: you are stating that he replied but has not advised you about the pricing (presumably about advertising) because you probably would not “run into business with him” presumably meaning that you would probably not advertise there. And is this a surprise to me or anyone! Advertising costs money and you don’t want to do that when you get free advertising here and on the Yellow until recently. Personally, I think you should advertise there as it would be good for your product and it would support all of us and the Yellow which is a viable marketplace for us to resell our guns, etc. You’re a blood sucker and put nothing back into the market you suck from.

Yes lots of valid points made… as far as the yellow and the sponsors on there Why would the owner want ED as a sponsor, yeh ed makes the fabulous EDGuns but the customer service sucks. Look at Kekoa with the barrel issue. i threw eds name out twice in that post just to see if he would step up and at least offer advice. must be to busy counting your money . Seems other venders will stand up to help a man with an edgun issue before ed will… hats off to you Ernest. I know that if i pay 2k for an airgun and theres an issue, i want a fix. and within a reasonable amount of time. So yeh I’m on board with MG .. Holy crap – I got up, read this, and nearly spit my scrambled eggs all over the keyboard. 😆 It seems like a few valid opinions and some good points but everyone will be getting their Red Ryder’s before Christmas I think including me and Ed stands by what he says – enough said. I am more inspired by all of this international commerce that still manages to avoid Uncle Sam’s ugly taxing grip. 🙂 It’s a miracle in and of itself. Be glad Obama isn’t adding another 20-25% to the cost of our toys because he would just love to.
I understand I bought a single shot and trust me I enjoy shooting my matador…but if Ed is going to say I’m going to make a multishot kit for the .22 and .25 than just skip that to produce other products with the same upgrade offered to us is a little messes up…
And I do understand that money makes the world go round along with production and new products….but it seems like money is blinding the view of keeping the customers happy that paid for their guns from him already….I feel like once Ed got his money from us that’s it thank you and be on your way….on to the next guy with $2000 in his pocket.
I do hope Ed comes through with these upgrades cause after the day is done his guns are great and do shoot great.

Regardless of moving delivery times, something anyone who has shown some diligence in researching their potential purchase should be aware of, Ed does come through.
Wasn’t long ago Edguns were only single shot but everyone wanted multishot. Well Ed not only designed one but did so in a way that previous single shots can be changed to be a multishot.
So what if you have to wait until he can fit it into things
Wasn’t long ago you couldn’t get a Edgun in .25……or .30.
New designs and calibers take time and money to get on the market.
If you can’t handle the wait buy from the competitors whose models are in response to the “Edgun craze”.
Profit keeps the door open and wheels turning in development. I imagine selling complete guns keeps Ed able to brain storm upgrades and get them out as he can.
Talking about the competition they are banging them out like hot cakes but you are not going to save much coin. Wonder why those greedy bastards aren’t turning over some of that extra profit they get from “economics of quantity” to buyers with lower prices.

The point is that I REALLY just wanted to share the information about new gun. I wasn’t in need to sell them as they all were sold out already. I just wanted to share the information…
Wow, I just turned around to see if you are staying behind my shoulder to know everything to make such a deep conclusions! 🙂 The production process take a little more time then it seems to the user. To sell something today I need to plan to make it almost a year ago. First there was a plan to make multi shot in .22, then in .25. Thus I have not chances to sell KITs in .22 before .25 as they were not planned to be manufactured. There wa no plans to make any in .30. As we turned to make multi shot instead of single shot I got about 30 single shot breeches for .25. I asked LW if they can make me .30 barrels for test. They said they would be able to do it in a short period of time. So I decided just to turn single short .25 into .30 for test. When I make the first test I found they are promise to be interested. The is the whole story of appering .30. The full payment was just due to the reason that many people wanted them, much more then I could offer, so I thought that it would be logical that those who really want them will confirm their wish with the money. Simple and easy.
Returning to KITs, as I told before — everyone of those who wants KITs will get them. When we got the results of testing multi shot (may of 2013) I decided to run the KIT program, planned it to the production (see above how long it takes from plans to device), thus they are planned to be made in the early 2014.
In couple of weeks Tony will get .25 multi shot, .22 multi shot, .30 multi shot. All are sold or reserved long before they come, so I don’t see the “dropping of sales”.
