The wife often finds me there sleeping with a beer in one hand, gun in the other.
She makes the finest BLT sandwich known to man and often has lunch out there with me. :fishinghole:

The ingredients she uses are four slices of Smoked Bacon, Toasted Roman Meal Bread topped with homemade Crushed Black Pepper Mayo, Hamakua Tomatoes from the Big Island, Manoa Lettuce and Longboard Beer made/brewed on the Big Island in Kona. All of which can be taken alone in their own right, but all together it’s a bomb guys !

Hamakua Springs Tomatoes are so sweet we eat them like an apple and kids love them. Tomato and Watermelon – These two fruits contain an important phytochemical called lycopene. Responsible for the red pigment in the fruits, lycopene can reduce the risk of prostate cancer by up to 34 percent. Watermelon also contains citrulline, which is converted to L-arginine. L-arginine boosts nitric oxide and can make for longer erections.

Manoa Lettuce so crisp and delicious, you don’t need dressing. Once you try it all other lettuces becomes tasteless.

Now this is no ordinary beer guys once you start to drink it it’s very hard to stop it’s so smooth and easy to drink. Very light in taste and easy to drink like water but don’t be fooled its strong and it will send you under the table in no time at all, don’t ask me how I know.

Greg, where you go shooting???

I saw a road up the mountain over looking Kaneohe bay —- look like a great place to shoot–like in LOST. love that HI weather! Lucky dog—-> I lived there for only 4 years back in 90-94, mostly surfing in Waikiki as my past time, and didn’t know they had AG. I had an R1 .20 but left that in cali.

Waikiki Beach is right down the street from where we live in Kaimuki !

We have a very strict Air soft regulation, is that one can’t be seen in public view with anything resembling a gun.
It has turned all us Airgunners here into snipers that shoot from cover. πŸ˜†

I test target shoot, test shoot and crony and plink sometimes at my 30 yard home range.
At this one farm I can shoot up to 280 yards !
I’m a Pester for the indoor shopping malls and the farm(ers) which I do for free, they have a hard time with the economy as it is.
Support your local famers, NO FARM = NO FOOD !

A 180 degree view of my 30 yard home range/bug-out shelter.

I crony and shoot at the same time to find that sweet spot !

Some mounts ago I already wrote to Greg he lives like in the LOST πŸ˜† πŸ˜†

Gun is up an running. Breech seal replaced. Regulator was cleaned up all seal gave new fresh silicone and the Reg is set at 145 out of box I didn’t adjust a thing. Thanks Jamie for the tester and thanks Earnest for instructions via you tube. I got the gun out into the garage/shed with an over head light and it’s shooting beautifully again between 845-860 the HSTA is just about where it was set when it arrived to me maybe a 1/4 more of a turn if that almost flush. Whether it is truly shooting this speed I don’t know. It was after 12am so I only shot two mags. Do more testing. Pic are on thread labled Breech Gasket floating in my coffee. Thanks all

Thanks Earnest.

I received some fandangled rocket scientist like instrument made by some airgun geek in Massachusetts. You are awesome DMAN :ugeekn:

I shoot at least 1 hour a day through the crony in the shield day or night–using LED light for the pro crony for two year has burned out yet, you have to get one—-don’t get on the sun time only your time!

Man gave in HI, probable the best one I seen. I would lookout for people walking by smelling the flowers—well its just a nail gun.

Open up the shorty and glad I did, there was at least half a tea spoon of clear oil in the air tube, and they used to much silicon grease to me—.177 size in front of the firing valve and more on the reg piston. man you don’t have to lube the pellets—its going to be pre lube with this shorty, and no wander there some mist or vapor out my vent and muzzle. I did replace the urethane O-rings will was in there cleaning.

Yes, safety is first I have a motion sensor left of that round bush inside the hollow tile block.
I try not to exceed 30 FPE at home but, you know. :winkn:

Hopefully I can get in there soon and to do the same.

Thanks for the info and post replies, I appreciate all of your time you’ve giving all of us Sir !

Just to illustrate your point, here’s what was on mine when I pulled it out. The housing was full of it.

The Bougainvillea hedges are over a hundred years old and about 140′ long !
Many tourist trolley buses from Waikiki pullover and stop to take pictures when it’s in full bloom ! 😯

I’m letting it grow over the roof to keep it cool in the summertime and installing a old AC unit.

seen That street before!!

same here near GWB in NJ, urban sniping

I just noticed something on this thread. Both Oak and Greg are shooting 25 foot pounds. I believe this is where I was initially told by Dman that these guns would be set. Because of this I intended to shoot the 15.89 not the 18.1. I wonder if nothing has changed on your gun Oak except the pellet. That gun set just like that will shoot the 15,.89 at 841 fps and the 16 grn AA pellet at 838 fps. That seems about right for a shorty. Mine will be here soon.
