Banned
Well It’s official. There was a thread on Air Gun Advice about the use of nitrogen in PCP Air Guns. It was stated by one of the mod’s there that it was dangerous and not allowed by ANY Air Gun Manufacturer. I made the mistake of pointing out that AF did allow it in their guns. And that it was safe when used with the proper fill gages.
We were warned not to talk about it further, yet then went on to state that it couldn’t be used in a closed area. He stated that nitrogen displaced oxygen. I tried to point out that the Air we breath is full of nitrogen, and that Co2 was used in fire fighting and does indeed displace oxygen, yet many thousands of us shoot Co2 without incident. Just as nitrogen is used by many paint ball shooter. That was it! I was Banned with further notification. Not even the common decency of a PM or E-Mail Just banned by inactivating my account. Great bunch of Mod’s over there!
It seems if it is something that they do not know about personally, or use them selves, it isn’t allowed to be discussed. Narrow mindedness at it’s best! 👿 Censorship at it’s worst.
A shame as I was very interested in Rapids and the new Air Wolf CMT’s, and have a lot of friends over there. 😥 .

Funny coincidence, I’ve been banned from the Bohemia Interactive forums five times today. I’ve had a good afternoon’s entertainment opening new accounts and winding up the moderators, especially after one informed me he’s an “IP expert” and would stop me from doing it anymore.
If there’s one surefire way to beat a moderator it’s by getting him to ban you. It’s the ultimate coward’s response to getting his arse publically thrashed.
There is a rules post here, I think it’s in off topic.
If you read it you’ll see WOK had to lock it so we’d all stop making fun of the rules. 🙂
An almost no one can get banned from here. They just get made fun of and beaten off their high horse until they don’t want to come back. 🙂

After reading this thread I have replaced the nitrogen (N) in my Talon w/
nitrous oxide (N2O). That way it has oxigen.
Shooting is so much fun now, we just laugh and laugh. Nice flame out of the barrel !! 😯

I never got banned when Wok/YN and I were not exactly seeing eye to eye.
Some pretty colourful things were said. But being that we are grown ups we managed to put that to bed. Never was there any threat of banning or giving it the large about being a Mod’
