Bobcat .30 owners
I was wondering if there are any complaints, gripes or regrets on your bobcat .30? I was just curious what your average groups at 50 and 100 yards. You can ballpark it, you don’t have to post pictures or anything unless you want to. Thank you in advace!!!!

It’s lighter than it looks. It’s also uglier than it looks. Now , that’s ugly !
The Bobcat is no lightweight but to go and say it’s too heavy to carry through the woods?

I do prefer a gun with a bit of weight in any case
Makes for a more stable platform
Carry a MG3 plus ammo for 25 klicks and then you can complain 😆
I had one. It shot well when it didn’t leak. I would never deal again with the importer ever again. If FX was sold by someone like Steve at WWAG I would tell you to take a chance on it.

I’m in the UK so anything breaking up after 75 yards doesn’t really matter
I’m thinking of a .22 pup and the BC is a contender
I actually think it looks really nice but then I’m a 6 foot 220+ pound guy so a larger bullpup will look just right on me :biggrinn:
First job is to pup the S410 though

Thanks Ride…, I don’t have a choice but to wait. I’ve always liked the compactness of the edgun and have on occasion tried a few of the FX’s. I was happy with them but, it always lacked something in my opinion and I’ve always found my way back to the edguns.
I´m with the Hoard here. Don´t sell it if the VS is your only cripe – that´s easy to fix. If your problem is everchancing POI and/or shitty grouping (operator error excluded) then get rid of that one. It´s most likely those out-of-center machined parts causing clipping. To remedy that you need a good machinist with all kinds of machinery.
The BC is a solid performer but it´s Fugly,bulky and obnoxiously heavy. Shoots brilliantly with a good trigger – lightyears better than the one in EG – so if you don´t mind the looks and have the stamina needed to drag it around in the woods then it´s a good candidate.
Regardless the AOA reputation FX has a good customer service and you can contact the owner directly if AOA isn´t there for you would the need arise. Parts are plenty and on the shelfs and on top of that Fredrik (Mr. FX himself) is one of the good guys and cares for his Brand.
The 30 stems issue is minor and will be resolved shortly. Im thinking already, maybe even but have a bit of patience
