Q:

calling Sir Ville

others with the vulcan.
lets brain storm over the vulcan……..
after talking with you Ville & u thought that the noise from the vulcan may be from the hammer slap on the valve face.
and not from a ping from the air tube, then a depinger is not going too help us.

well that got me thinking, what if we tryed a rubber o-ring on the valve face too soften the blow of the hammer on the valve face, what do u think? 🙄

Guys use that trick too flatten out their shot string, it acts as a poor man’s reg.
i use it on one of my guns now, but u loose some power, but that depends on how many o-rings u use.

max out the power, too make up for it ,and maybe quite down the slap, what do u think? 🙄

I’ll have to watch this video anytime I feel hesitant about shooting a young crow!!!

http://youtu.be/rpPgNQsml8o

Just for you Hoot, I shot 3 young crows today, one right up the ass, the other two in the cabesa!

:hoot:

Ever wonder why you always see a road-kill crow on the highway from a truck strike, but never from a car???

It’s because a crow only has a one word vocabulary to sound the alarm “Caw…Caw…Caw”. It can’t say “Truck…Truck…Truck!!!”

Hoot:

“snort snort!!!” 😆

Dear Tractor-sign…

There is no such thing as an age of consent for crows! Young or old, a crow is a crow is a crow.

Same with possums, raccoon and snakes. Young, old, middle aged…they all will shit on your head if given a chance!

Hoot:

Note: Women do the same thing after you’ve been with them for awhile!

i love crows, i really do……….

i love shooting them!

As HOOT says , a crow is still and only a crow regardless of age . It is still a piece of vile garbage that needs to be eradicated . As you
can guess from my view point I don’t like them . Really , I hate them and every time I get the chance to shoot one it gives me a sense
of personal happiness . I shot and killed one in my backyard today and it makes me look forward to the next one that I can introduce
to the DIRT NAPPER . CAW ,CAW , CAW sucker , here is the DIRT NAPPER , suck on this .

I’m hoping Friday, but more likely not till Monday ! That’s right crows beware, I had an experience today where crows do not come anywhere near my shop anymore, every once and a while a few will but there young. I shot two today went and grabbed them and noticed there eye color was different and there beak was thin and short, looked up info on them and sure enough the young crows are similar in size but still young, I felt a little bad. Will have to be more discerning ,identifying the older mature crows before smackin the sh*t out of them ( shot with my .22r3M)

Tractdesign,

how till u get her? I really like my vulcan, crows beware

Not much of a review but i do like the Vulcan. :ugeekn:

quote Sir Ville:

The reg is well set at the factory, at least for 40-45 J /full power.I never fill over 220B and i usually fill to 200-210ish. No use to fill over 220 anyways since it´s just a waste of air. It will gulp at least double the amount air/shot from 250 B down to 220 than it does under 220. That´s a fact. I haven´t adjuted the reg at all since it shoots so well as is. I could adjust it, together with the valve tension to get few more shots/fill but i haven´t done it since i haven´t really had the time yet.

Sir ville

You have sold me on the Vulcan! Yesterday I ordered one, was hoping they had .25, but they were out, so I got .22. Excited to try it out. I have a .22 r3m edgun! and .25 cricket. Like the idea it’s 3″ shorter than my edgun. Thanks for review!

Finally you got it. Volts is Volts, not Nuts and Bolts .

quote Sir Ville:

FYI – the reg is set at 120B from the factory – or between 40-45J energy depending the weight of the Pellet.

I think I see the problem here lads….a misunderstanding of terminology!

It’s Volts….not Bolts!

Please reset accordingly, and be certain you are grounded when doing so.

No need for thanks!

Kindly ‘Ol Uncle Hoot:

He probably did not know that …
