Q:

Can anyone in Europe or England get one of these for me?

:hoot:

Gentlemen:

These cost 39.99 Euros, according to their web page, but the U.S. importers want up to $199.00 for them. If my math is right, the 39.99 Euros is about $43.50 USD.

Even with shipping, the cost would be way less expensive if a good soul could find a blue one in L/XL for me.

Here’s their website: http://www.tribord.co.uk/content/easybreath-snorkeling-mask

A $100 markup is too greedy for me, and I’ll do without before I get gouged that bad! Contact me if you can help.

very cool lookin mask wonder if it fogs up often.

Read the description!

These masks are fog-proof...it’s built into the construction. The airway does NOT pass through the view port of the mask…it’s isolated into a separate breathing section that seals around your nose and mouth, and isolates the mask lens.

It’s ok Birdbrain, I’ve been in tough situations before!

In fact this reminds me of when I used to fly small planes in my youth. An interesting situation took place one day when my training instructor had a fatal heart attack. It was just my second flight, so I didn’t really know what to do. he had told me before we took off he had the tower on his speed dial memory.

I grabbed his cellular phone, speed dialed the control tower and yelled, “Mayday, mayday!! I am flying upside down at 18,000 feet and traveling at 180 mph! Mayday, mayday!!”

The employee in the tower had put me on speaker phone immediately. “Calm down, we acknowledge you and we’ll guide you down after a few questions. The first thing is not to panic, remain calm!” ………He then calmly began a series of questions:

Tower: “How do you know you are traveling at 18,000 feet?”

Me: “I can see that it reads 18,000 feet on the Altimeter dial in front of me.”

Tower: “Okay, that’s good, remain calm. How do you know you’re traveling at 180 mph?”

Me: “I can see that it reads 180 mph on the Airspeed dial in front of me.”

Tower: Okay, this is great so far, but it’s heavily overcast, so how do you know you’re flying upside down?”

Me: “The shit in my pants is running out of my shirt collar!!!

And that’s just the way my life has been…interesting, but not fun…

Kind regards,

HOOT , you’re welcome , sorry I couldn’t of been of any help . Some times life is like poker , it deals us hands that we may not like to have ,
but we have no choice and we have to play out the hand that was dealt to us .

Horseshit!!!…Birdshit,

She wouldn’t be caught dead in a Good Will store with $20.00. Her wardrobe is so big now it has broken three (3) wooden clothes bars in our closets!

The only reason I keep her around is to check for ticks on my back, where I can’t see or reach!

If it weren’t for that, I’d have shipped her sorry ass to the Arkansas Home For Crazy Bitches several years ago!

Thanks for the suggestion anyway…
