I tend to prefer Aluminum because of the more durable quality appearance. In my oppinion the carbon fiber just seems to be plastic and looks out of place on a rifle. I think that aluminum just has that durable metal appearance that I don’t need to worry about damaging. I wonder how the carbon fiber would be mounted, and how it would hold up to basic abuse.
