Carbon fiber tank from Ali

Is it safe to use carbon fiber tanks and valves from aliexpress?

I ordered these two but I`m not shure if it is safe to use or if I should send them for pressuretest first.

Some use them, and no accident reports so far that I know of. But it’s not stupid to get them tested.
