Basically the instructor and a pupil bait a guy (perhaps just a jesus freak, but perhaps mentally challanged) and beat him to death on camera.
Apparently no one was brought to justice in the case (happened in 1984) despite this video.
And to be fair the poor guy had some moves under all that arty kung fu hand waving bollocks. The “black belt” is pretty shit, technically speaking.

If they dragged him out back, and if they left him to die, then a dead body had to turn up and all they would need to do is match the photos of that body to the victim in the video. If he was found “out back” then I find it hard to believe that the police would not have gotten to the bottom of it and easily solved the case…”lets see, a dead guy who died from blunt trauma to the head, found dead in an alley behind a Dojo…jeez, I wonder if we have any suspects.
If no body turned up and if he is not, in fact, a “missing person” than there is no murder or manslaughter charge forthcoming. Furthermore, if the victim was a “drifter”/”vagrant” it is easy to see how it could have been “swept under the carpet” for so long(if he was in fact found dead).
I have been involved in many street fights\prison fights like this and I have seen many people die from such head stompings. If he was left in an alley without medical treatment it is very easy to die from such force trauma to the head as the brain will continue to swell to the point of no return.
These guys are a bunch of cowards. Bottom line is the “black belt” went from being an “athlete” to an “attempted murder” after he decided to stomp his head when he was already knocked out. He belongs in prison where he will most likely receive his due for acting so recklessly and inhumanely.
I can relate.
In my younger years, we used to fight all the time, including all the face punches you wanted, eye gouging, etc. Anything goes- except groin shots.
Striking, grappling, kicking, etc.
What was cool, after the fight, we were still friends. We just needed to work out some frustration and I think that is what kept us all best friends at the time.
However, when one “gave up”, you stopped. You might go again, but we were not trying to maim each other, just beat the crap out of each other…, those were the days…, now people want to call the cops.

OK maybe not broken but severely bruised to hell, had troubles breathing for a day or 2. Mt sides were of that deep dark purple hammered look.
I probablly went 8 rounds, basically one would tackle and hold me down whilst the other proceeded with full rib shots til I tapped out.

One night long ago I elected to take my 2 buddies who came down to visit me un-expectedly, down to the beach where I was gonna kick both their asses 😯 😯 😯
Well, needless to say that went well.
Ya gotta understand we are buds, so no face kickin and jabbing and what not.
Well, at the beach, ya gotta understand this is like 20 years ago.
I was wearing my sweater from Tijuauna, kinda like a smoking jacket sweater thing a ma bob 😀 😀 😀
I bring them to the beach and friend A tackles me as friend B proceeds to hammer my rib cage, I tap out and try again and again and again.
The problem was the “tackle guy” is switched on me every time.
So this goes on like 15 tries on my part 😳 😳 😳
I woke up to every rib broken, solid purple side torso’s.
I wish I had a picture, I wake up and go to where my buds are and lift my t-shirt to give them their satisfaction and say, this is what friends are for?
The fucker’s beat the hell out of me, and I still hang with them.
The guy in the vid got the shit to the head, different story, and the video is very fucked up.
As well as the sub standard people running that shit, hope they get theirs.

An individual, claiming to be one of the scumbags’ relatives, says the victim didn’t die and later dropped all charges. The response to that is generally that it’s a smokescreen, intended to make people (and possibly the police also) think there’s no case to pursue.
The vid got out only recently when one of the scumbags thought it would be clever to put it up on his facebook account and brag about it. He’s since taken it down (too late obviously) and closed his facebook, twitter, blog and other accounts and gone into hiding.
Where did this happen, anyone know?

Me and Lang used to fight on a huge cut down tree, forcing each other off etc. Or run about lobbing huge clods of earth at each other. Or shoot air weapons at each other…
