So someone comes on this forum, and their very first post is a link to Chinese knock off Airforce rifles. And the various bits and bobs that go with them.
Not only that but they also come on a forum that is paid for by a Airforce rifle modder. Thus possibly being in direct competition with said modder.
They have no history, no apparent interest in the rifles other than to direct our attention to some random and unknown copier.
And some people wonder why the response is less than positive? That there may be just a hint of skepticism? Just a tad of mistrust?
Some members haven’t been around long enough to have seen the sheenanigins that can go on here. Even ‘trusted’ members can go bad and stitch you up, let alone some noob making his first post a link to a knock off shop.
If you were sat in a bar and some stranger approached you and immediately started trying to sell you a knock off watch, you’d tell them to take a hike. Or perhaps a better analogy would be- If you were sat in a micro brewers bar and some stranger came up and started trying to sell you the ‘same’ beer but at a cheaper price, made in China, what would you say?
I have no particular ‘loyalty’ to Airforce (hell, it was a UK guy that ‘invented’ these rifles now touted as America’s finest). But I do know that TAG and it’s members have a right to be suss when a stranger ‘walks’ in and tries to flog his wares(if indeed they are his)

Lurker is bang on to call this one out. Maybe we’re wrong, but until proved otherwise I would presume that this guy has links of some sort to this knock off site.
I’m not arguing either way as to the rights or wrongs to copying a product, maybe even doing a better job of it, but the poster sure as hell needs to be scrutinised as to his motives before TAG gets all fucking cosy with him and members possibly get ripped off with either a real shoddy product, or even no product at all for their hard earned.
