Zonk It should be here friday.
I believe this is the gun here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPX-I9KnJgg&t=1915s
Well is it a shooter??
Zonk
Yea but this barrel is not coming from the FX factory,
Its coming from Earnest,
I still have to call and get all the details of the barrel,
Now if I could get a 25 CZ barrel in the 25 , I would do it in a heart beat.
I will check back after the phone call.

I wasn’t very impressed with my ST barrel in my Bobcat. BUT, it’s your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Little off key here , But I been thinking about sending my 25 Cricket back to Earnest for a smooth twist barrel,
Why, Shit why not, I can always go back to the LW barrel,
The LW is a little picky along with the CZ barrels ,
Dam Lanstone barrel in mutant will shoot anything good, Even walmart 22 pellets,
Just a brain fart on my part, But I am going to do it,,,
I will see what he says before I send it in,

Heard good things about George air guns but never dealt with him myself.
The only way you can go wrong with a cricket if you try and shoot it backwards,
Now Zonk can shoot them standing on his head and over his shoulder, But that’s another story.
Mike
But Mike you know I use a mirror when shooting backwards.
I’ve done it both ways, NO Mike not those ways…………..
I sent my Cricket straight to Ernest for a top to bottom tune, and my Vulcan I shot it first and after realizing I had a velocity problem then I sent it off to the master tuner.
Makes sense….even if you can find a uses one it’s only 1-2 hundred cheaper than a new one, would rather give Charle money and make sure I have a good shooter.
Thanks again everyone for all the input.
It is a lot of $$ but it’s well worth it. Charlie hand selects the barrels for best accuracy on that particular rifle when he power tunes one. You could buy a used one and send it to him to do his magic but then your stuck with that barrel. If this makes any sense…..
Like I say both my guns went straight to Earnest before I touched them, Yes big money but well spent.

The guys with Crickets here, another question…Should I just buy the rifle and shoot it see how it is…or get one straight from Georgia Air Guns…
I’m not shooting Bench completions. I have already got a price from Charlie and its a good chunk of change..
Zonk…take it easy on me this time
Ac Wilson you got to think out of the box……………………..
Zonk, I think we will get along… I think I sit myself up for tbat.

I do not want to knock you off the Cricket, But my hunting guns that I have to carry is the Veteran 25 short and the Mutant 22 short.
Super light , Super accurate, My Crickets and Mutants accuracy will come down to a cunt hair, If you compare them,
And that my friend is a true Texas measurement ,
And you can take that to the bank .
Mike
Taipan Veteran 22 Short is in my radar … Perhaps, I will try to pull the trigger next year kkk :8:
