Q:

Cricket leaking but can’t find the source

I have already replaced the front seal oring for the gauge…I pumped the gun up to 250bar about 3 days ago and I’m at 200bar now…so the leak isn’t bad enough to loose pressure quickly enough to hear a hiss….we’re else should I look?

Lol I’m 28…and male balding doesn’t run in my family…so as of right now I have a nice head of hair…but I do not own a hair dryer…I do have a can of compressed air…ill use that.

That great advice but suppose he’s bald and doesn’t have a blow dryer. 😀

quote Urgirlinmyjetta:

Can I remove the trigger assembly from the air tube and still have the tube hold pressure?
Or do I need to dip he back end of the air tube in water attached to the trigger frame?….I’d hate to subject my trigger assembly to water and create rust.

Rust shouldn’t be a factor is such a short test, even overnight. Just be certain not to use salt water.

When you remove it from the water…blow it dry with your blow dryer you use on your hair. Or, spray with WD40 or some similar lube agent that will displace water. Rust doesn’t form that fast.

Yes you can remove trigger assembly because press holds valve stem not breech. I´m checking this with injection filled with water. Till now I did not have leak.

Remove the air tube and barrel from the breech. Them dip into a glass of water. Which ever end starts to bubbles up, check for bad oring. If oring look good, fill up with grease where the oring sit.
