Cricket o-rings – shit or good?
Hey guys, Back in the day people said the o-rings of the cricket was shit quality and should be switched out asap, is that still the same for new crickets or have they changed it?
I don’t want my regulator to start leaking early due to bad o-rings

Still going to plastic sounds cheap. One little snag and it’s broke off, now you have to get the threaded part out of the metal.
Just the lever handle is plastic. A threaded on piece – on the newer guns anyway.
No Mike it’s louder. A LDC would help with the Vulcan….

Yea the heat shrink on the lever, I have not done it yet, I got a lot of red and blue shrink tube just know black in that size……

I agree Ville, doesn’t matter. But why would they go to a plastic lever?
Who knows ? 😉 They use both colors. The lever is the same.

I think I might do this one, I can load a new magazine with one hand without much issue but it has happend twice lately that I dropped the magazine in the snow, maybe this will help
Btw is the magazine lever plastic on new crickets? I I see you have a metal magazine lever the same color as the cocking lever, what generation had that? My .177 has a black plastic one

I did Zonks Oring Mod to my 22 and 25 Cricket, Keeps the mags from falling out rolling in the dirt,
Cheap, easy and a very good modification ,
Both mine fit with no rubbing on the bottom,
