is this stock some special edition or standard ?

I have no polished handle. It seems like the first models were with no polished handle and black plastic for moving of magazine. New crickets are with polished cocking leaver and aluminium polished knob.

Why do some Crickets have a polished stainless steel cocking handle, while others like mine, have the dull aluminum looking ones? Was that a production difference?

Hi Jan,

Je pekné mať niekoho, kto strieľať s.
To sú dve veľmi pekné vyzerajúce zbrane.

It’s nice to have someone to shoot with.
Those are two very nice looking guns.

If you’ve already rounded your cocking handle it probably feels ok. Two layers of heat shrink feels soft and no sharp edges.

Chad if you need some heat shrink PM me and I’ll send you some. No need in buying a whole roll of it. AT&T was good to me when I retired……hehehe

Post a pic of yours! I dont think mine needs any heat shrink because I turned it and rounded all the edges really good. But depending on how it looks it might be a nice addition.

And if you happen to have soft, delicate and girly hands , like The Uncle , you can lay several layers over each other.

[quote=”Sir Ville”]By using two layers of shrinking isolation tube. Asked and answered. 🙂

Yep Ole Ville’s right again, thanks Villee. Just slide one layer over handle and shrink then slide another over and repete. Gets rid of that sharp edge.
