Here is a group from this morning….18.1gr JSB….
5 shots at 80yds….0.82″ CTC the 4 that are together are .44″
Yea, I cut some of it off and I rolled it up some just like I did with the
depinger on the FX Cyclone….
The shroud resonates more like a thick walled shroud now…

On a more serious note…..I found that the shroud was a little thin walled
and it would tend give off a high pitched tink when fired.. I thought it was
a sound coming from the action..I put a piece of thick silicon hose inside
and it sounds a lot more solid and quieter….
right where I can see it if I wake up in the middle of the night….lol.. Need
to make sure it is not a dream….
I think they recommend you sleep it on its back these days. It used to be the opposite but they keep changing the info. Just remember “back to sleep” and you won’t forget.
I don’t advise that you start sleeping with it because it’ll make it real tough to break the habbit and it’ll be much harder on the both of you in the long run. 😆
I think on it’s stomach is safer, just incase it spits up.. Wouldn’t want it to choke….lol
And oh yea…Letting it sleep in my bed is a really no no…I learned that
with my first ones….Now, as you can see in the picture, they just hang
around all night while I am trying to sleep……Good thing I have
moderators on all of them….lol

I’ve been tempted to try fixed but I’ll probably stick with adjustable focus. Let me know if you find something that would make an awesome Edgun combo. Parallax has to be adjustable down below 50 yards or I would have put a Nikon Buckmasters on it by now. I love the size and the price, but I want to be able to adjust parallax for closer shots so head position isn’t a factor in hitting or missing the target.
You know you’re going to either cuddle with it tonight or stare at it until you’re falling asleep. That big scope may poke you in the middle of the night if your not careful. 😆
Sounds like a plan to me…..Are you thinking fixed focus and magnification, or adjustable?
just make sure you have weaver style rings on hand or some really good duct tape 😀
I’m trying to decide on a scope to put on mine. I might go lower magnification to keep it all small and compact. This may not happen right away so when mine arrives, I’ll be putting whatever I have on it so I can use it right away. I won’t care how big or heavy it is. 😆
