Yeah that is interesting. When was yours mfg? Wonder if the “SN’s” have anything to do with the production shift from Russia to Estonia?
Also, I have seen people posting different fill pressures for the Lelya; up to 250bar. From what I have a read its set up to run from 210-120. What’s the real max and optimum range? Wish Ed would supply a manual in English!!

Shoot the gun for about 500-750 rounds, if the shot count is still low pull the regulator and clean the washers, put light coat of molykote on the belleville washers before re-assembling the gun.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas. My Lelya arrived from Tony in great shape. Born on 8-31-15, Serial 0015, .20. I assume there are not many two zero’s out there based off that number! She’s an elegant little beast.
Took me awhile to get her scoped but I found a decent Weaver Kaspa 3-12 SF tactical on sale locally and snagged it. Seems like a nice optic for the coin but perhaps a bit to large but time will tell. I will run it for awhile. I’ve only had a chance to shoot indoors and after about 100 shots she is pushing around 806fps, with some old Crow Mags I had laying around, but drops off after about 10 shots into the 7’s I think the reg needs to break in a bit still. Any insight into this? Overall I’m digging it! Can’t wait to get her out doors and properly sighted in. On to the pics:

Dan my number one choice would be the March 2-10 but I think at 2200 plus bucks it’s hard for me to justify. I put a 2.5-10X32 Vortex FFP EBR-1 MOA scope on mine with Leupold rings.

Hey Keyser,
This post and all the subsequent videos I surfed into on the “Tube” of the Lelya inspired me to order one today from Tony. Probably one of the trickest little PCP air rifles I have ever seen! It was irresistible so I am back in airgun game! :8:
Hope to have it early next week (Merry Christmas) and its a .20. Do you have any scope recommendations for such a short rifle? Any idea on how many have been made?

Well birdman I believe you after all porcupines are pork. Their name comes from the Latin word meaning quill pig. Here’s a video to prove that porcupine is really just pork
The Porcupine is like a 10 lb. to 20 lb. rodent and if you ever get the chance to kill one don’t leave it to rot , take it home , field dress it and
eat it . It is one of the best eating animals that I have ever taken and eaten . You can do like the Indians use to do and use a quill as a tooth pick .

Finally was able to put together some shot strings albeit indoors. Chrony was ~6ft from the muzzle. .20 caliber
220 bar fill
Beeman Crow Mag 12.3gr = 792fps (15.3 stdev) over 18 shots, first 12 shots yielded 799fps (5.9 stdev)
Benji cylindrical, 14.3gr =775fps (20.2 stdev) over 18 shots, first 12 shots yielded 789fps (4.9 stdev)
First 10-12 shots are obviously very very consistent for both pellets.
Started to drop off and open up after about 18 shots as it approached 120 bar pushing around 720- 740 fps then dropping below 700fps around 110 bar which was around shot 23.
She only has about 200 shots thru her so hoping as the reg settles in the consistency will improve over the fill range.
Overall I’m pretty impressed with such a small PCP.
