This new wallnut looking crazy, for me looking better then painted stock.
Wood patern looks like having some stripes all over stock.

I dont know is that case only with my rifle or it will be on all rifle stocks.

The Bushnell Yardage Pro is quite expensive, about $600 to $700 dollars.
It does have an interesting adjustment that combines with the laser yardage to make POI adjustments, but I have no idea how it works. I’m not sure if this scope would offer any real accuracy increase at the ranges we shoot, but the yardage display is certainly interesting.

Welcome, Dekan! And thank you for the photos and video. The shroud is definitely redesigned. Is it fixed to the barrel, or can you unscrew it (like the R2 shrouds)?
I’m with you on the Walnut stock. When I first read that Edguns were going to have a natural wood stock, I thought, “Oh no, here we go again.” But, looking at yours, I’m inclined to agree. I think I’d trade in my grey stock for one of those (and I really like my grey stock).

As I know, .25 comes only in long version.
But you need to ask Ed about that.
Maybe he can make you some shorty .25 Matador 😀

How long is the .25 Edgun?
I know it comes in the Long version, but is it available in any other length in .25 caliber?
Nice looking wood, lots of grain and “fiddleback” lines in it. That has to be old growth hardwood. Not much of that available here in the U.S.
I know one thing, after I saw the smack down power of the .25, I’ll never be satisfied with a .22 again.

Ed recommend JSB King 25.4 grain. Speed 295-305 m/s, on that speed you will get 75J.
Still waiting for my JSB King, then I will test Matador and what speed I get with JSB on Ed settings.
What pellet are you using or wish is the recommended pellet for that barrel and speed?
I also have .25 long Matador R 2.5, and I’m interesting how the new .25 R3 is set out of the box.

I was thinking about walnut stock same thing. Like painted is better, high-tech look.
But after saw my walnut stock I changed my mind pretty fast 🙂
Now gun have more style. You will love it.
Didnt tested rifle with JSB King, still waiting pellets from abroad.
Gun is practicly new, I just shoot maybe 100 pellets till now.

It’s a beautiful stock! I also was on the fence about a wood stock but the depth of beauty that stock has is amazing and well worth having.
I had e-mailed Tony yesterday concerning my Edgun Standard 2.5, 22 cal. shipment I received yesterday and I happened to ask him if it was possible to order a .25 cal in a Standard. “Nyet” was the response.
So the long version seems to be the only option available at this time.
