+1 on the walnut oil. I use it on all of my walnut satin finished guns. In the US Mahoney’s Walnut Finishing Oil is one of the best available. They also sell a fine blend of waxes with some walnut oil in it for the final finish. Using something like Tru-oil is big step backwards (which I used years ago before I knew better).

No Hemn . Not at all. Actually my .25 cal Cricket is quieter than my .22 cal EdGun. Why no aftermarket shrouds for EdGun you ask? Well -due its construction it’s way more complicated to make one for it since it’s a part of the barrel attachment. I didn’t need any new shroud but decided to get one for that CF look. I’ll see if i can have one made so it doesn’t exceed the length of the airtube = 6cm shorter.
Don’t know the cost. You need to check with Scirrocco on that.

how much money did you spend on your cricket mods? why most of the Cricket owners want to replace the shroud? why this will no happen with Edgun owners? or your edgun?

is it mean that Edgun shroud is more efficient or silent than Cricket?
