We are crying like babies about these BB guns. 😯 I told my wife I might need another interim gun (Cricket .177) during the long wait (I had already picked up an IZH 46M for the interim lol) and she said I would be dead meat. 😆 She just doesn’t understand the need to open a package on xmas. 👿

Robert’s friend made one for the R3M, so it is possible to make a single shot tray. He’s not selling though so will have to be someone else.

R3M owners,

Now you have one of the most sought after air gun, you loved the multi shot, but what if you wanted to do single shot, how did you manged to do so.? Someone said Ed is no longer making the single breech for matadors, so you can’t buy extra breech. I imagined that you may have to create a single tray?

Sent Tony an email inquiring about a 22L R3 single shot. He said there might be one in the incoming shipment… 😀

Hi Synopsys,

Are you really on the list for .22l R3? I heard that Ed is no longer makes single shot Matador. I was thinking that I would keep my both of my long .22 and .25 long single shot R3’s and wait until Ed release his multi shot breech, then I can have best of both world. Both of my longs are brand new, never mount, never shot. I found my standard .25 R3 suits me better when i am out in the field. If you would rather have one before Thanksgiving, send me a PM. I may be able to deliver to you in person. I really don’t have to sell to fund another gun, just wanted to help another brother.

So are you officially on the list then? 😯 😎

Everyone on this forum deserves a HUGE medal for having the patience that they do, so here it is….

I don’t think I would EVER have the patience to purchase an Edgun, despite the praise they get….

Yep, he will be a busy, busy person when they get here.

Problem is as soon as he calls the first person and says “pay me” they will get on the forum and the chaos will begin! 😀

After Tony receives those guns, he has a LOT to do.

1) Pick up the guns from the P.O.E./Customs
2) Double check the shipment boxes against the shipping invoice
3) Take them home, un-box the shipping containers, separate the individual gun boxes by caliber, and model
4) Individually contact each buyer to see if they have the balance due ready to send (.30 cal skip this step)
4.1) Contact potential substitute buyers if original buyers back out.
5) Wait for payment to be received by mail and checks to clear.
6) Create individual shipping label for each gun
7) Schedule pickup by carrier

The more guns, the longer it takes.

If I were Tony, I would NEVER tell anyone when the guns actually arrived, so I could get the above all taken care of before calls and emails coming flooding in asking questions and begging favors.

Who would have ever guessed that the Sir Ville is so wise? 😮 🙄 I guess the good news is they [Helsinki] are far enough south to stay open for the winter. 🙂

😆 😆 😆 I’ll be home for Christmas…. :6: but my 30 cal will be in Finland….

quote Sir Ville:

The Finns in Helsinki are keeping those boxes for a few extra checks. I just called them and said there’s no rush -take your time. No one is eager to get those boxes before January since you guys need to save for Xmas and all.
They thanked me for the info and promised to be done with the paperwork latest by the end of January . 😉

You guys are killing me, have faith. The gun will be on my doorstep when I get home next Wednesday from work and I will be able to shoot all day Thanksgiving and Friday (Now watch, Ill get called in to work both days). If the gun doesnt arrive by then, come to Maine and you will see a middle age nut case running around his yard with a cardboard cutout of an Edgun.

Ville, my Aunt does have a hairy set of balls, they are my Uncles so she is still my Aunt.

Better sharper yer knife Bo…

The guys who are getting the .30 cal had to pay in full. I am on the list for .25 and only had to put down a $150 deposit. I sent a check and confirmed that it was received but it was not cashed. I am guessing it’ll get cashed when the gun gets here. Anyone else in the same boat?

quote charlie101:

Have you guys paid in full already or just deposit?

I am on the list for .22 and only need to put $125 down. I’m not sure if I can have one this time. Cross fingers ❓

I had avoided mentioning that reality completely. Since the cat is out of the bag, that could easily add another week or more to the non 30 caliber deliveries. That will give plenty of time to get those 30s shipped. Heck we paid for it. 😉

quote FVA:

Because of this the .30’s will be sent out immediately while the .25 buyers languish 😛
