Fish Bone Frame insert
I wanted something that could give me more spaces than drilling circles so I’m trying slots instead – Once one side is done, will turn it over and do the otherside. Hopefully my reasoning for the fishbone name is obvious.
I cant decide between just continuing with the current pattern or making a few larger slots or somewhere inbetween – Suggestions on what you guys think would be more effective are welcome !

Do you do your own anodizing?
I ended up not using the ball mill in the end.
Its a normal two flute centre cutting slot dril at 47.65mm OD.
I got the radiusus by tiping the head of the bridgeport inwards and droping the quill 20mm and just pulling/pushing the job through it.

Did a bit yeterday inbetween the 50cal for a an HW100C.
I got a blast cabinet so i can “frost” stuff before its anodised. Makes a nice matte finish.
I get good results most times but i think its more to do with good luck than good judgement.
this was left in for an hour before being dyed.

Your’s does look a heck of a lot nicer than mine, Its almost a shame to hide it inside a tube….. I did order a ball mill, but no where near as wide as the one you used.

I think it’s used more like a dietary supplement for a variety of ailments, but most notably as an anecdotal cancer treatment.

So.. its very effective, but when I use my Still camera to take video they sound the same, and when I used a Sony Digital Camcorder it STILL sounds the same.
I tried videotaping from near the breech, the muzzle and 10 yards away and it all sounds the same.. I give up.
