Just wanted to share pics of my Cricket Compact .177 in walnut. The wait was painful but well worth it.

I have that same hard case for my std, watch out the inside locking lever arm and bolt can scratch your gun.

I like it. It’s a good size for most bullpups up to 29″ with room to spare for a scope and whatever accessories you had. I wouldn’t airline travel with it though since it’s on the flimsy side but the trade-off is it’s light. I plan to swap out the egg-crate foam eventually. It’s also just the right depth to fit in my safe and close the door.
Is that a Guardforce Vanguard 52c? How do you like it?

European/Polish walnut? You’re asking the wrong person this question. I wasn’t specific other than I wanted a nice walnut stock.
What kind of walnut is that? It resembles the Missouri black walnut we have here.
The wood on the Mutant stock isn’t that great but the shape of it is actually nice. It might not look appealing in pics though. What I would prefer on the Mutant is a slightly longer forgrip and the pistol grip to be a tad fatter. It’s on the skinny side now. If you have big hands and hold the grip, your finger might wrap around and touch your palm. Your pinky finger probably won’t even be on the bottom portion of the grip if you have ape hands.

Six weeks isn’t bad. I was afraid of more like six months being the case. 😛 I ordered some nice cocobolo grips from Norway for my CZ pistol and they nearly took that long.
I think the Mutant stocks are worse than the CC (mine is the skeleton) so I will wait for it to arrive and decide which to do. I guess he can do Mutants as well?
