Geordie David’s high flow valve stem collets
Hi everyone,
I have spent quite a bit of money with Geordie david a few months ago.
including buying one of his valves.
this operates with a removable collet that can be cut to give the required fps.
I had a few from him and eventually settled with one that was just right.
I have been spending ages it seems shooting at targets at different ranges buying more mounts and mods to get my set up ready for Hunting.
and I am nearly there now.
I sighted everything in, got it all nice and tight including my groups, looked at the collet on the valve when I wanted to remove it as I always do to find it had split in half and is now basically f***ed.
I know he is not around any more to help me out so I am wondering if any of you know where it is possible to buy some of this plastic tube so I can cut some to size.
I am not a Machinist or an engineer but capable of doing cutting.
If anyone has one of his valves and knows what or where I can get my hands on some or one of you actually do these yourself please let me know.
I am in the UK but please help if you can

Ill make you “x6 11 – 15mm O Ring Collets” for your Valve. It will take a week but you will have them by next weekend. Ive got all the Dims so everything is cool. No Charge 🙂

Hi Rabbits,
I came accross your post by chance and relised your problems. As you know, If I had of known, Id been straight onto sorting it for you as the Valve, Plus everything else is working and looking 100% so the Snapped Collets is a very simple thing to replace. I understand not for you as your not a Engineer or have the Equitment witch I fully understand and respect. Anyone who knows me will know ill do anything I can to help anyone or 100% put any problems right by Priority.
The Collets are made from “Delrin” witch is quite strong so it snapping is not something I would exspect but some things are for seeable.
Im basiccilly writing to see if you managed to get some Delrin Collets ?, If not, Please let me know through this site as im sure ive got a few kicking about amounts my bits & bobs.
If I have,nt, I’m more than happy to make you a couple new ones, At 30mm Length so you can cut your own Length if that would be better for you ???? That way you should be able to get about 4-6 Collets at the Length your like for your set-up ?.
Things are starting to get better at Home, Witch is great so im hoping to be back soon to help all you guys out, with anything you want to make your loved sport better 🙂

Macro function if you have it… find the button or dial setting that looks like a flower will help too –
Rabbit, just pulling your leg. You’ll get used to my sense of humor before long. Or I might pull your leg clean off, who knows.
This is serious instruction you should take for all future pictures:
1) your camera has a worse sense of humor than I do.
2) in order to fuck you up, your camera is focusing on EVERYTHING other than the object you want a picture of
3) in order to teach your camera a lesson you need to do the following:
3a) put anything you want a picture of into a tight antigravity field at least a parsec from anything else, like neutron stars, martians, the odd supernova
3b) only in an environment completely devoid of anything else will your camera be forced to focus on the only object in its field of view, which is what you want
3c) snap the picture
3d) get back to us with the results, I’m sure they’ll be smashing good, tally ho, what.

I’ll bet your camera has a button that makes a little flower appear on the screen. That flower indicates “macro mode” which just means “focus at really close distance.” Screw around with the buttons and I bet you can take a great close-up.
