Q:

Good News/Bad News – Pyramyd Air

Good News –

I got my order of JSB 22 pellets. I paid the $5.00 bribe, it shipped 2 days later!

Bad News –

They were destroyed in shipping! They were packed in a small cardboard box with no padding at all. The results should have been predictable.

I called them got a RMA, now if they will get me the email return shipping label I will ship them back.

I’m waiting…………..

Wow, that’s like ordering glassware from a store and they don’t use any packaging so all the glasses break in transit…

Makes you wonder what if anything goes through these folks minds… 🙄
