I got the magic email today! My R3 22 Long is in!
After 3 years of being Ed and Tony’s biggest cheerleader, post whore and sometimes helpful advice giver, one would think that I would have gotten the FIRST EMAIL!
But; NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I have to wait until all hope is lost! 😯

Ok i feel better i thought maybe i got lost lol or missed an email some where along the line.
Tony got 44 guns this shipment and I expect he will get another 75 within a couple of months, I hope.
Tony said he hadn’t gotten any Edguns in during 2011, so it’s been over a year. As I remember it was because Ed got into some problems with Russian Customs and had to go to hearings and such.
2011 was a bad year for anything Edgun here in the States.
I’m curious as to how many Tony received in this shipment, or if the shipment is coming in small parcels. That might explain why the notices are scattered.
I don’t think anyone knows where they are on the list and I doubt Tony has time to look each one of us up. Right now it’s a guessing and waiting game.

far down on list. I ordered a .22 R3 long 2/12 so I know I`ve got a wait
I wonder if Ted got a notice?
Just asking how long is the usual wait i was looking back at my emails when i got on the list for a .22 and it was 08/20/2011 did i miss something or is every one waiting this long?

Hoot, I like the way you think. I’ll keep hoping that tony just hasn’t gotten to my lelya yet , its at the bottom of the pile of matadors. 🙂 Id really like to email tony to ask but I know better, I’ll give it a week or two before I cry. 🙁

Are you getting your Lelya in 22 or 177? Did you order a silver one or a standard? 😀
If you haven’t been notified yet, give the man some time to get things sorted out.
He’s a one man operation, and imagine if someone dropped 150 Edguns off at your door and you had to sort them by caliber, size, and model…I suspect there are some Veles and Lelyas in there somewhere.
Anyway, I doubt everyone has gotten notice yet because trying to keep all that straight has to be time consuming.

well if it’s shooting at 920 FPS with 25.4gr .25 JSB pellet then it will be in the 48 FPE range.

I’m getting a .22 Long. I have a .25 MCT for the bench and it’s the only .25 I need. I’m working toward having the .22 Edgun as my only .22. I have a few .177’s that I want to keep plus some options for the kids.
I can’t speak to timing or list management or how many of each came through in this shipment but Tony told me months ago that I was 1st on the list for the R3 .22 Long.
I trust Tony and I’m not going to get involved in second guessing list management. (( I know – easy for me to say since i got notified but even if I had’t I’d feel the same way)).
I too am on the wait list!!!! Will my fx 500 and a edgun .25 buttheads?? I’d hate to sell my fx 500 but, I’m sure I’ll find out soon enough. I’m more than happy and satisfied with my fx 500. What’s the muzzle energy on the .25 matador??

I have only been on the list since 3/2012.
R3 22 long with Walnut stock.
From all the post that I have seen so far, all the guns people are getting are the R3 .22 Long
Perhaps all 44 of the guns or most in this shipment are longs..I don’t know.
I was planning on it taking longer, I just bought a Daystate a month ago, so finances are not in good shape.
But, Somehow I will make it happen
