Group Matador O ring buy
OK, I got a reply from my O ring supplier about ordering a complete Edgun Matador R2.5 and R3 O ring kit. I am missing a couple of sizes and I hope that Tony or Ed will post the complete needed sizes for the R2.5s and the R3s.
I have to order them in bulk and it looks like it is going to cost me around $250 to get them.
These O rings are 70 Duro except for the probe O rings that are 90 Duro.
Tony, or Ed, will you post the correct sizes needed for the R2.5 and R3? I think that I have just about all of the needed sizes; I need the size of the shroud O rings on the R3s.
I don’t want to make any money on this and I will probably loose some but, I like to help fellow Edgun owners out!
I have to order the O rings in lots of at least 300 and most of the O rings come in lots of 500. If I can get 9 guys to go with me, I will split the order 10 ways and send them out.
A lifetime supply of Edgun O rings would cost you less than $30 shipped. $32 to you foreign guys.

You have only few of the guns with such a thin 0-ring in the moderator, we made about 50 of such a guns at all. Then we changed the size of that 0-ring for bigger and now one can take the tube off without any damage to the O-ring.
I assume he is sending a few so I can hook you guys up.

Well, I didn’t know if I could get 9 guys to go in with me and there are 11 guys that have signed up already! I guess that I will have to put in an order for 20 sets. I will order O rings that will work on the R2.5 22 and 25 and also the R3 22 and 25s.
I think that I have everything covered, just waiting to hear from Tony or Ed on the size of the shroud baffle O ring.
I really think that the baffle O ring should be 90 Duro also. Monday morning I will call and ask what the lead time for the 90 Duro baffle O ring is.
When I get the correct size, I will order the O rings. Unless something comes up, I still think that the price will be around $20 for the US and $22 for the others out there.
Nik and Loco will have to pay substantially more as THEY ARE REALLY OUT THERE! 😆

Also I got pm from Ed and he just sent some brass rings for R3 .25 by EMS.
I assume he is sending a few so I can hook you guys up.
OK guys, here is what I had in mind. 9 guys plus me, go in on the first order. That would give each of us a minimum of 20 O rings in the sizes that we would hardly ever use and 50 of the more often used ones, like the probe O ring.
A couple of the O rings have a 2 week lead time. I had thought about having all of the O rings be 90 Duro and then wondered if the regulator would work properly with the harder O rings in it. I thought that it would also be a bitch to install and remove the air tube reg housing and the front air tube plug. There was also a 10-12 week lead time on some of the 90 Duro O rings.
I decided on 70 Duro for everything but the probe O rings. I am also going to contact my supplier and see if the moderator baffle O ring is available in 90 Duro and the cost of it.
There are 6 guys in now, need 3 more.
Ed I think that I have all of the needed sizes except the 1 mm thick O ring that is in the moderator baffle. What size is that one?
