Q:

Hello from West Texas

I am new to the forum and new to the Airforce line of airguns. I own a .25 M-rod and a 2400 Crosman. Just bought a .22 Talon. I will be mostly lurking and listening.

Just wanted to say hello.

Darryl

Ok! Here is number 1.

Yesterday I was trying to dial in my gun. At 6 I was getting ~1200 fps. I dial it back to 5 and the first shot was ~360fps. Then the gun seemed to shoot normal. Until this morning when I had a HOSP in my sights and pull the trigger. My guess is the pellet came out around ~360. After that the gun shot fine. What is happening?

Thanks in advanced.

Yee haaaaaaaaa,welcome to the forum…

Lurking is OK…but, if you have a different opinion, have had an enlightening experience, or just need a further explanation, jump right in.

Mistakes are a learning experience. if you are not trying to improve, you have made your 1st mistake.

Like I recently reported, DO NOT wad up a foam hearing protector and shoot it thinking it will either go straight or bounce off a plaster board wall ten feet away. Like someone said, ‘I had NASA moment’ with an embarrassing hole in a kitchen wall. :banghead:

This is a pretty lay back forum and a lot joking and kidding goes no from time to time. But the guys here know the Air Force rifles.

Howdy from Central Texas! 😀
