Help .20 barrel super tight, low fps?
Got my .20 Leshiy barrel, but I’m a bit confused. First thing I noticed is that the barrel is really tight, had to push the pellet in harder than the .25 barrel. Also the gun is setup for 28fpe in .25 and with .20 is shoots 20fpe. That’s 706fps with 25gr kings and 810fps with 13gr .20 pellets. Is this normal? 28fpe in .20 should be around 930fps

Good idea, I didn’t even think to drive a pellet through with a push rod, it was just a lot of Force needed to push the pellet in and it was a very perfect, tight fit. However, I just ran a pellet through both barrels and it felt the same? No more resistance than the .25 as far as I can tell. But I was hoping to tune it down to 800fps for more shots, (28 fpe is 930fps with 13gr pellet) I only got 20 shots in this configuration in .25 guess you loose a whole load of power when going down in caliber?
How is your .25 barrel? Tight in the loading port, then normal, then a little bit loose and then tight in the choke?

You’re in UK right cricket? Is .20 still a big caliber there? I looked into it years ago as an alternative to .177/.22 for hunting in springers. I waited long enough that PCPs took hold and made .22 ballistics better.
I’d be interested in your experience in .20 in the Leshiy compared to other calibers.
