How can a Bobcat or Hummingbird Compete with a Vulcan?
At the same price or higher it seems like the decision is obvious. Am I missing something? 😯 I don’t include anything not currently available because who knows what or when or even if. The Vulcan has had maybe an unparalleled minimum problem introduction too not to mention the best stock to date.

Cheaper, lighter, and a better lever action.
wow manny….. what has gotten into you.
FX unveils 2 new guns and your now the FX poster boy. Id be willing to put money on it they are sending you a gun for testing.
what ever floats your boat i guess…. don’t you think its a little early to be making such bold statements.?
And the Wildcat will take center stage and displace all others :biggrinn: :biggrinn: :biggrinn:

He (Pigrov Evgeny) has been very prompt to answer any emails I send him. I like fancy walnut stocks and If I want a select grade of walnut I have to order from him directly and use him for warranty if needed. He also told me the .177 caliber is coming out soon. I get responses from Ed and Tony promptly at Edgun but it is hard to get a response from KalibrGun (Maverick).
I was told from where I got my gun that the guy who started air gun technology is an engineer.
Who work for Cricket on the Hummingbird project. Then went on his own too build the Vulcan bullpup that we have now. A more robust forward cocking bullpup, and improved design the gun is build to an engineer standard. It seams like it’s very well built.
You’ll never see mine for sale in the classifieds
I had a long conversation before I bought my Vulcan.

Pictures are appreciated too. I would like to see all of the stock varieties shipping to the US.
I just finished day one with the Vulcan, all I can say is live long and prosper… This gun is amazing. I am working on a full review with pictures, shot strings and targets. This gun is really easy to shoot, I am super impressed so far. More to follow, but as a tease this gun is wicked accurate. I tuned my trigger and man it’s nice.
That’s right they do need provide a good product for people too buy, of course.
And once they get better building them for us, will be all set.
This bullpup train is just getting started & pulling out of the station.
Bullpups now are going main stream, in our hobby.
And the company’s now see that we will buy them & want them.
And they see that, they can make more money, selling a bullpup, more so than their other models.
We are about to see some really kool bullpups coming are way soon.
Bullpup fans our time is finally here. 😯
foxbat, I think you may have a point! But the makers still have to provide a good product for people to talk about in the best ways. It helps to make sales, and promote a long production run ($$$$$) if the product is as good as the hype. If the manufacturers are reading things correctly, I’m hopeful we will see ever more innovative bull pups like these yet-proven models: FX Impact; or Huben K1. What would be better than a better quality bull pup that met our very needs (within having to own more than two bull pups to fill the bill. What two would do for you?

It is a great time for bullpup fans, I like them all, but does not mean I want to own them all.
Back in the day if you wanted a bullpup, you had to build your own.
The companys that are building them now are getting smart also.
Bullpups use most the same number of parts, as their other guns they offer.
Just re-arrange the parts into a bullpup, and then charge us twice as much for the gun. They can make more money selling bullpups than their other models.
Then we all get what we need!
Subscribing. I know I’ll want a new bull pup in a side-cocking configuration ala Hummingbird (but without that gun’s issues). I’d actually had two Birds, and loved the side-cocking feature the most. I’ve always been a fan of the Edgun, and now finally own one. It would be a great thing if Ed were figuring out a side-cocking Matador. That feature alone makes any bull pup more desirable than the more traditional rear bolts or rear side levers. It just seems more intuitive for shooting a bull pup, imo. Then again, now is a good time for us bull pup shooters.

That Baby Mutant might be real appealing if they can get a decent stock on it for me. The Bobcat has been rendered extinct with the Vulcan IMO. The Bird has ongoing issues.
the bobcat cat can be as much as 11 inches longer & 3lbs more that the Vulcan.
after using the Vulcan for about three weeks, I’m really liking mine things r smoothing out with the gun now.
and after looking at other bullpups with the side levers & bolt action bullpups.
and as much the new bullpups r costing, i never buy another side lever or bolt action bullpup again.
only a semi- or forward cocking bullpup for me.
ok ok maybe the baby mutant, only because it so short and as a reg on it, lol
keyser I’m with you on this one the ergonomics are incredible the stock is great trigger is insane.
post how u like your 25 when you can. I think the 22 guns would do 50 fpe with jsb 25 gr pellets.
I have hit 40- 45 fpe with mine using 21gr pellets.
the 25. vulcan i bet will do 50 – 60 in that range easy with heavy pellets. :8:
That’s because there isn’t enough information about the gun. It’s from a new maker and it’s a brand new gun and no English speaker has really reviewed it. I just picked up a .25 Vulcan, stay tuned I will post a full review. My initial impressions are excellent. The gun’s ergonomics are incredible.

I’m just messing with everybody :biggrinn: :biggrinn: :biggrinn:
Can’t just come up saying Evanix is gonna be right ? ..but Honestly, when the Vulcan was announced I was looking at every posts to check out the gun, but since FX took those new 2 guns out the closet I lost interest in checking the rest, I’ve been saying all along, way before the FX guns came out that I didn’t like Wood Pups :winkn: :winkn:
