I am not directly involved with this debacle but I have experienced similar mistakes. Often times the cry of “patience” on the board is heard. This has been going on for awhile so for some they have already given them a chance. The problem is these guns shouldn’t have been shipped out. I would have never sold these guns with the promise of new barrels unless there were new barrels ready. It would be different if the offer had been made to customers that TGAG was selling Mutants with counterfeit barrels that may or may not shoot well. They informed the customer, put the guns on sale and publicly stated the barrels were sold as-is. Then you know what you’re getting into.
The problem is this kind of behavior, (bait and switch or it’s not my problem) not only hurts the dealer but it hurts the brand as well. I am sure there are a lot of people lurking here reading these posts and quietly saying “fuck that”, “I am not dealing with a Mutant, they have bad barrels”. Once a bad reputation starts it is very hard to undo.
I’m bowing out of this, light the torches and sharpen the pitch forks :angrymob: If you really want your money back then just tell them so and I’m sure you’ll get it.

When someone tells me it will ship on a certain day. And it doesn’t I get mad… I forgive and forget. Now they tell me a new date. If it doesnt go out again now I would feel used.
Some people will take it and take it…. where does it end.
I vote with my money. That is the best way.
You could call Joe and ask him to contact Petr if you cant get a hold of him and ask when it will realistically be ready for shipment. Didn’t Petr e-mail you Easter Sunday and say more barrels arrived, they probably have to be machined to fit and then assembled and tested. I wouldn’t go ballistic yet, try to call Petr and Joe to get a more accurate shipping date.
IMHO I think your being a little impatient, Bori, Petr and Joe have been in the business a long time and are very reputable. I do understand your frustration, but I’d be patient. I’m sure they are trying to make everything rite before shipping.
IIRC Petr is the only source for CZ barrels rite now till the manufacturer’s drop in CZ barrels arrive who knows when?
