I wouldn´t either if someone threatened me but i understand his frustration over the subject. I also understand if he has an attitude towards Azeez since he has waited quite a while for those parts. If you pay 1600€ for a gun that breaks on you and there´s no parts to be found – or it takes forever to get them – you´d pic an attitude as well. Like said there´s always two sides of the story.

If that Azeez really has those parts for him it would be best he does the right thing and gives Snipergirl what obviously belongs to him and be done with it. He don´t have to sell him any more of anything if he don´t want to but the guy is entitled to have his parts regardless his attitude, right ? His attitude and what´s the right thing to do has nothing to do with each other.

A quality of a product isn´t just the quality of the product itself but also how the customer service works after one has made the purchase. I don´t think BMW,Mercedes or Audi , as an example, would negate a customer any service – much less warranty claims – regardless the attitude of that customer. In this case (if everything´s as said) the customer has all the right to be pissed over the situation. His way of behaving is another matter.

I ,myself, and few other guys here have a big problem with one Finnish airgun retailer MWM Trading (you probably know the company, Ed, since he also sells EdGun. A word of advice : Don´t deal with the idiot!) who we´ve paid in advance (in May) without receiving a shit. We just filed a collective claim against him thru Finnish Police so we´ll now hopefully get back our money from that slimy Rat bastard of a POS dealer. That´s the right way to go, although if i wasn´t bound to the wheelchair i´d have paid that gutless maggot a visit for a long time ago and pulled those guns AND the money from his ass if needed to. Well – now it´s left to the authorities so that hopefully does the trick. 👿

Ville;

i have discussed this with all of them (ED, Azeez and SQ), i have sent an email to Ed and asking for the parts that SQ need it, see below respond from Eduard;

Hi, Hemn,

Thank you very much for all your help. As for the broken part, I have delivered to Azeez (Kuwait dealer) few single shot breeches for replacing the broken ones, I think he got them already. So, that guy should contract Azeez. On the other hand I offered Azeez just take the gun from him and return money,

With the best regards

Ed

Удачи,

Эдуард

on the other part i want to make sure who is the right one between (Azeez and SQ) because Azeez said that SQ never asked me for the parts; see below;

So, i leaved the rest for them,

Mr. SQ; please tell me how can i help you more?

quote Sir Ville:

Well, the parts supply is a joke but 6 months is actually beyond that. Ed isn´t a crook by any means but i quess the demand far exceeds the part production rate and all the parts are needed for producing new complete rifles. He should consider keeping a stash of most common parts in his inventory though, like air valves, breeches and maybe some regulators. There´s no such thing as an air rifle that never breaks nor needs spares.

If the Kuwait dealer is such an asshole i suggest you turn towards the authorities – you do have such thing as consumer rights in Kuwait too, i presume – and put a press on him rather than all the boop throwing in an EdGun/Cricket Forum. Good luck !

I would prefer to listen to both sides. My dealer in Kuwait, Azeez, has all spare parts, he told me that the point is not in spare parts at all as he has offered him to change the breach. The point is in the personal attitudes. I remind you that topic starter is the guy who has “threatened” me sayig that he would do his best to make the China copy of EDgun to destory my business. After such a statement I have no intention to communicate with him any more whatever will happen.
