They do still produce them in compact .177

Kalibrgun themselves are a nightmare to get hold of direct in my experience.

I have just bought one via a dealer in Portugal (I’m in UK)

I asked them to source me a .177 in compact with special grade walnut. The wood selection cost me extra so I’m hoping it’s worth it! Even the cheek piece was more expensive than normal.

The dealer contacted the factory and they obliged on the requests I had and it got to my dealer from Kalibrgun in just over 2 weeks. I paid for it last night and should have it in my hands next Tues (bank holiday this weekend here)

I’ll update with pics.

That is one of the best looking WST stocks :4: Great!

Nice looking gun there Sam.
I thought the 177 Cricket came in synthetic stock also?
Or just wood?
Just wondering , My PCP gun safe is full,
Mike

I own a few high end airguns, 177 through 30 cal. The Compact in 177 is probably my favorite. 55 – 60 shots on a fill and easy to carry. I find shooting a 177 a blast and the Cricket mags make loading 177’s a breeze. Surprised no dealer carries the Compact in 177 because they would sell.

tony promised me that i can order one from him. and he will let me know when he makes new order

I just pulled the trigger on a mutant standard with Tony, looks like I’ll be holding off a compact .17 for now. guess I need to sell off a few guns lol.

vulcan in 177 is stupid decision because its big and heavy for that caliber. compact is ideal.

I agree taskula real bad choice. Well I called on the mutant, go ahead and call RL about the cricket let us know what you find out. It would be great to be wrong.

If ten people want it blah blah blah same old shit I bet. i called RL about a mutant and got a simple no we don’t have any and probably won’t be getting any. Not sure why it would be any diff with a cricket. JoeB said he might be able to get a Vulcan in .17.

i am sure they still make 177 models too. i will get one somehow

I’d try and give Randy a call @ http://www.rlairgunsupply.com/air-guns-air-rifles/177-kalibr-cricket-bullpup-standard-or-compact-synthetic/

From what I’ve heard that is correct they’re still in production just the 22 cal compact is out of.

But from what I also heard is that it’s not a top seller and not to many are demanding the Compact in 177 cal.
IDK, you need to try and contact a/all vendor to see if they can get one in for you in their next shipment.

It’s a great gun and I don’t have any plans in selling mines, the AKA “The Laser Gun”. :4:

I really like my Baby Cricket in .177. Only a Short Mutant in .177 might top it. A lot of folks don’t know what they’re missing with high-end airguns shooting heavy (10.34 or higher) 177 pellets at about 900 fps 19 fpe. I dropped several marauding raccoons with head shots who showed themselves when i was shooting it. i also shot two crows. Instant lights out.
