as I posted in Sawdusts thread I am out $315.00 on a Talon SS
about a year back I picked up a real fair deal from Mitch, a like new Talon SS with scope & a Sumatra carbine with scope also like new for a total of $600.00 for the pair
Deal went through without a hitch then, when RC asked I told him what I knew about this jackass which was based on one positive prior experience
like I told RC I had positive business in the past but wasnt going to vouch for him as folks seem to change fast online sometimes.
well Mitch went from Good to straight Criminal apparently as I dont think there was ever an intent to deliver any product to any one of us.
Best way to handle fuckers like this {short of an axe handle across the knees} is to get as many folks together as possible Then submit complaints to the USPO, the local police and the DAs office and for all of us to keep on each agency
I doubt we will be compensated but we can crush at least one fucking bug online

He had a talon ss for sale for $350.00, when I e-mailed him he said it was sold but could get another for same price
told me same crap about being a wholesaler with a bunch of different brands.
all I had to do is send a deposit of $200.00 and he would order it and when it came in I would send him the other $150.00 and he would ship it to me
That was 5/16/10, he e-mailed me saying he received my deposit.
has not replied to any more of my e-mails since !

I am waiting for a call back from the Philly PD to take a report. I have been retired for so long I am not up on all the internet crime laws, I got my first retirement check by pony espress, or carrier pidgeon I think, however looking it up on the web, it seems that this is a crime.
At any rate perhaps they will file what we used to call a information report, so if he is a person of interest in someones disappearance, they will have just a little more information on him.
