Anybody have information regarding Mitch Glover, thinking about buying a AF rifle from him.
Just wanting to protect myself, I am new to this internet buying from people I do not know.

Why is it that all of these BS crooks seem to use a medical problem as an excuse? Has anyone else noticed that it is a common theme?
I’m sorry that happened to you. As others have suggested, try to document what happened as best as possible — leaving passion out of it. Before you post on the BOI, try to negotiate with him.
Offer to let him either refund the money or provide the goods and tell him if he makes a good faith effort, that is all you want at this point — revenge doesn’t do him or you any good. But, if he does not, tell him you will report it to authorities and post on the BOI.

Many friends on this forum did warn me, but you know that.
This guy just sent me several emails saying I was a nut case or a drunk or a drug addict and telling me he qualified as sharpshooter in the service.
That he has all sorts of medical problems, and I should understand, and also what a clever guy I am to trip him up with my wifes email address. He even gives me his Dr phone number to call and say I am him so I can learn about his medical problems.
WTF!!!
Shitty thing is I worried about him being on his floor all weekend from a heart attack or stroke and expressed that to some people on this forum with PMG’s
I keep telling him I will report it as I see it and keep reposting the same thing to him. The money or the gun Mitch.

So now you need to do your part and document your experience on the Yellow BOI. Too often folks have unsavory dealings with people and dont document it… then the next poor asshole has the same experience with a given person.
No need to be anything other than factual in a BOI entry. I’ve seen some entries that would leave me not wanting to do business with either party…. simply because someone sounded like a bitch while posting about a bad experience.
Well, I kept tracking my money order, and knew exactly when Mitch got it, we had exchanged maybe 10 emails about guns and growing up shooting, he even googled my house and sent me an email about it.
I felt pretty good about all of this.
Mitch got the Money order on 5-21-10 and told me he had a Dr.s appointment that day and so I emailed back to see why.
He told me he had heart trouble. He needed tests and maybe surgery and then he told me he had already had 3 heart attacks.
I was really worried about Mitch, but other thoughts were coming up also. So when I got no anwers to my several emails asking about how he was doing, and no answers to my phone calls, I sent him an email about a Hamerli 850 he had advertised on the AA Classifieds.
I used my wifes email address to do this, because I knew if this was all bullshit, he would not answer my email. Within 5 minutes Mitch answered my email that had told him I was a mother and wanted this gun for my sons birthday.
His answer was that he only took USPO MO, and that I was a good mother and his mother only got him a Daisy.
I emailed back using my wifes address and told him I also wanted a gun for my husband, a AF COndor, Like the one my husband, and gave my name, had sent him the MO for and what a jerk he was for giving me that bullshit story.
That will have to be my $390.00 worth of satisfaction, that and informing the post office who will do nothing at all.
So far no reply from Mitch. I don’t expect one, and I will check before I post this.
To those of you who warned me, like I said, I would be the first to stand before you with hat in hand saying I was told so.

Postscript, I checked one more time on my emails, there was one from Mitch! He says he did not really go see his Dr and should have, he even gave me the Dr.s name and phone number so I could check and see. He said he was sorry it turned out like this and would refund my money.

If you pay with a credit card through paypal your credit card company could handle fraudulent charges. It charges you a few to use a credit card though. Also you say you just want the frame. I think they are pretty cheap from AF.
Since you’ve talked to someone that HAS done business with him, I’d say GO FOR IT !! Changes the whole outlook IMO……and IT IS like you said..I’ve lost a HELL of lot more than money than that on my trudging down LIFE’S highway this far, just another valuable lesson learned 🙄 A 24″ condor at that price is almost like stealing..I’d jump on it if I wanted a Condor……I bet it works out just fine..PLEASE do let us know the end result..and post some some pix of your “new-to-you” Condor 😀 😀 😀

Yes I saw the 2 talon ss on Gunbroker. The bidding was not done on it yet.

The party I talked to who has experience with this seller has purchased two guns from him and is buying his third as I write this.
I plan on sending the USPMO return reciept and taking photo’s of it as I enclose it at our little post office here in front of the post master.
Yeah, I know it is a crap shoot, but I have a lot of respect for my source who has done busines with this party. This party says it worked for him, he had no bad experience, but with two sales and one still coming, he is conseravitive enough to not vouch for the guy because as he claims, it is not enough experience to do that, but I feel with the feedback from him I will take the chance.
However, to date, I have not recieved any negative feedback due to actual transactions on this person, only experience with him has been positive.
Remember, you can’t even get a responce from Pyramyd when you call, this guy answers my emails promply. When I Google other well known dealers, I get a lot of complaints.
If it does not work, I will be the first to admit you boys told me.

Yep, I’ve seen a few go for that low.
Maybe a usps money order? If I remember right they have a similar system as paypal where you can get your money back if it is stolen. that may work.
Gun broker had a few New Talons for $350.
Dont know anything about the sellers , but just throwing it out there .
