Q:

Just got my .22 Condor SS

Just got my .22 Condor SS yesterday.Put in a Talon Tunes Adjustable Top hat with the smallest insert to start off. JSB 18.1 and
JSB monsters are all I could get my hands on. I’ll try to get some pics of groups. I don’t have a chrony (yet) so there will be no velocity data. If you guys can think of info you would want, let me know.

My first post on TAG, THANK YOU TONY for all your help, and putting up
with my ignorance, repeatedly. I feel I owe you big time!

Got it! I’m gonna get it going right now. The boss is watching me…so I’ve
got to be sneaky. I ‘ll get em up ASAP. Thanks for the info guys.

The images are not saved directly into TAG Forum.

I use ‘Photobucket’. Have to bring up the photo in Photobucket, click ‘menu’, click ‘View Links’, click on the ‘[IMG]’ link and it is saved to clipboard. That link needs to be inserted in your post.

Hope that helps.

Shit, I can’t get my pics loaded. WTF? How do I upload my pic to a post?
I thought I knew how, but I was wrong.

You’ll need to open a file/photo hosting account from websites like Photobucket.com or fileden.com. You then upload your photos onto your account. Once loaded, you just right-click on the pictures (may differ on some sites) and then you have the option to choose “img” or “direct link” to obtain the links to the photos. You just copy and paste those links to your post then you’re done. If you choose the “img” link, the picture will show directly on your post.

hey guys, got some pics of the baffles, but the weather isn’t cooperating, so i haven’t got to shoot the gun properly yet. This is my first AF gun, so I
don’t think I’ll pull the trigger apart just yet.As far as “how quiet is it”, well the only thing i can compare it to is a RWS 48 springer. The SS is way more quiet. In a closed space it pops a bit, but outdoors, I had my buddy pop off a few shots while I stood about 50 feet away. I could hear a small poof from the discharge, but the pellet impact was way louder. i would say it is like a Daisey Red Ryder in report…. if even that loud.[/img]

Having been there with a much more powerful version that somebody in Texas must have been impressed with…..

Firstly congrats on the new buy .
Is it as silent as Air Force claims it ot be ? How would you rate it compated to an Mrod . Eagerly await to hear .

I was jk kinda want to know why af kept it a big secret

😀 🙂 You guys are gonna make him mess his new gun all up 😆

But seriously, the best way to get to know it is to break it all down and put it back together again. Plenty of Stickies around to help you out 😉

As long as you have your camera handy would you mind removing the trigger group for a few choice pics?

Just kidding 😆 😆 Sorta 😕 unless of course you really, really want to… in which case dont forget to arrange the parts in proper position in relation to the rollpins and tension springs.

But seriously if this is your 1st AF gun probably not a good idea.

What’s your overall impression?

HURRY in super inpatient
