100 % silicon grease each disc then over the outside of the pressure washers/discs after stacking.
This will help it function smoothly and silicon is a good displacement for water/moisture.

Speaking about the assembly. Do I need to use some kind of grease on regulator springs? They work under atmospheric pressure.

Firing the gun with the cocking lever open without holding it from moving close is a good why to break the cocking plate ! 🙄

I am going to go to JSB factory to choose the best pellet for my Cricket with LW barrel. Before that I will reassemble the gun with your clues in mind.

This is a simple rule I derived for estimating the vertical spread as a result of the velocity spread.
***At 100 meter, every 1 m/s of barrel velocity spread will result in approximately 6mm of vertical spread***
Two notes to help you better generalizing that rule:
1- The relation with distance is quadratic which means if you half the distance (50m) you get 1/4 the vertical spread. So for any distance just multiply the result by (d/100)^2
2- The 6mm factor is derived for the range where cricket22 shoots good i.e. ~270m/s. If you go to faster guns like cricket25 then a factor of 5mm is more suitable.
So a 3 m/s velocity spread should cause an 18mm vertical spread at 100 meters. Not sure why you are getting 9mm at chairgun. You could be looking at the POI change and that’s misleading.
Oh, and the above rule for those of us stuck in a universe measured by imperial units is:
***At 100 yard, every 1 fps of barrel velocity spread will result in approximately 0.06″ of vertical spread***

GKU, have you observed any benefit from pulling the barrel .5mm off the receiver? Ernest did not mention anything about that.

The barrel should be .5mm off of the receiver assembly barrel hole.

“With action in the stock and AT at 180 bar, loosen all 4 hex bolts till loose, turn down all bolt to it bottoms out on it’s shoulders. Pull barrel off the action about 2″ and slowly insert back, a properly aligned barrel will have an even clearance entering the action with an even O-ring compression. If miss aligned the barrel will hit the lip of the action then you force the barrel in, now the barrel has more metal contact on one side and is more subject to POI change.”
Place alignment screw in place making sure it bottoms out into the shallow hole on the barrel.
Back out the alignment screw by 3/4 turn CCW.
Pull barrel forward and lightly tighten the hex bolt closest to the receiver first, this will give you that .5mm clearance needed.
Remove alignment screw and apply a criss-cross tighten sequence to about 10-12 in-Lb.
The even torqueing will minimize the horizontal shifting.
The adjustments has help to minimize POI shifting in both of my Crickets.
This is old grouping shift problem I had about a year ago before and after frame re-torqueing. I had only about 300 shot through the gun at the time I suspect that the shot grouping has improved after a year of shooting the hell out of her. But I’m not into paper punching just in the beginning when the gun is new. After which I just check zero and crony 3-5 shots and go hunting/pest controlling.
Before adjustments, 3 mag string on 20 mm target size (about the size of a nickel) printed on a 1/2 sheet of heavy paper.

After adjustments, 4 mag string last 23 shot grouping is .3” ctc.

The most important thing would be to check so the barrel is perfectly centered in the breech and the transfer port is properly aligned with the tp on the barrel.
Thank you guys for the suggestions. I will keep them in mind. According to Chairgun, the 3 m/s difference in v0 results in 9mm vertical spread at the distance of 100m.

0,5mm clearance you mean that space ?
