Is the fallen Estonian bridge finally fixed ?? Weren’t these guns already ready and made and on their way to US when that pesky bridge decided to disintigrate ?? How come ” the last guns are just assembled now” ? Weren’t those ready and on the way when that bridge miraculously broke ??
