Looking for more FPS Mutant 22
I think I got one of the first 22 mutants to hit the main land, The sales video was my gun. I bought it second hand, Or third hand.
I got a killer ass stock on it, Its not pretty but fits like a glove,
Its shooting at 710-711-715 FPS with a 220 fill.
I need to get a least 850 FPS out of the gun,
I got Earnest phone number should I call it,
Or do you think I can pull this shin dig off all by myself.
Oh the chrony is set at 30 yards getting the 710 reading,
I shoot the dam things when I get them up close for some dam reason, :rofl:

been busy and lifes been hectic… haven’t had the time to play in a while.
Sold my house and now I’m awaiting to move to a new home/shop…. so it may be a few months before I get my machines up and going.

A very special thanks to , Everyone that helped me tune my Mutant 22,
Rowdy,Miksatx,Greg, Bean and just every one else with all the help,
I moved my chrony to about two feet of the front barrel of the gun,
JSB 16gr pellets 819 FPS
Now where can I buy one of those dad gum Plenum thangs

I would have thought you already had some dedicated place work on your airguns ?
Airgun cave/man cave is a must have for me ……. a Bug Out shelter outside too.
I promised myself I would work on my Bug Out shelter when I retired but can’t seem to get started on it.
I need to add an AC unit and maybe a small ice box would be cool to have in the summer months.
So far, it has WIFI range with a Tablet and a Amazon Echo dot.
Seated room good enough for 2 and benched with a shooting range is out to 50 yards.

LOL, I cut the heads off ASAP, Makes the rattler harmless ,
The cut off head is still very deadly for a long time,
I bag it and dispose of it in a timely way.
OK , I will move the chrono in before I tear into the gun,
I am trying to put a portable work table in my home office,
make it a lot easier than going to the garage or the kitchen table to work on the guns. :smilen:

I think you are setting the Chrony way too far at 30 yards downrange.
The manual says only few inches from the barrel, to ensure safe distance from blast.
Oh man we all know D man is not selling the swiss cheese things .
I do not thing anyone has heard from him in a few months ,
I know his post on the Veteran 25 was what made me buy one,

I top fill to 220 bar ……… ending down to 115 bar.
JSB 18g @ 820 fps gets me 3 mags= 36 shots.
Turn down the HST for JSB 16g or Polys @ 820 fps gets me 4 mags = 48 shots.
