Q:

Modified my SS today

I have done a few little tweaks today. Firstly I added a hi-flow tank to get the extra range I was looking for. Then I thought I had better add a more powerful scope to compliment. I have tended to use no more than 10x magnifications even on full bore rifles and I always felt it gave acceptable accuracy even when shooting over quarter of a mile away. But after reading a few threads on here recommending 20x, 30x and even more I thought id give it a go.

What do you think?

You will have to hang on for them until Sean sends me my new blodnob valve 😉

Hmm, how much are you holding over at say… 3 light years?

I think I will have to get a bipod as weight is a bit of a issue. It even has a nice illuminated red dot reticle so great for shooting in low light. I am struggling with it a bit at close range, say anything under 3 miles.

I may not have thought this one through fully this time 😕

Nothing like a Meade light bucket for finding your target 😀
