New cricket mount
Starting to put some pieces together. Looks like I’m going to have to go the poor mans route and start with this setup and work myself from there. It works very well but would like to have gun in the cab more. I mounted the bottom quick attach you find on the atlas bipod on camera mount. I can quickly detach and attach what ever I like in mere seconds.

Nice one eelect, your barnyard sort of looks like the one where I shoot.
Now for a simlpe out of the vechicle window shooting platform , I give you all thumbs up to be able to improvise as you have , it looks not only
as a good shooting set-up , it looks to be a solid shooting platform . GOOD JOB .

Its solid as a rock. Problem is my window starts curving down in the front. But I want to use this to shoot out the other side. Birds will not tolerate a canon hanging from a window too long. I think I’m going to use a fixed height mount and see how it goes. That way everything is out of sight and quiet.
