New Frame Flex Fix take a look boys
I have been tossing this idea around for a long time. I finally decided to just get it done.
Testing so far shows it eliminates the frame flex from shouldering the rifle to tight.

Making my grip to wrap around the frame helped more than anything else I tried.
The WokGard decreases a lot of the frame flex and if you hold the gun gently then there is no problem.
if you push hard enough you can make it flex.
Once guys understand that all you have to do is “Cradle” the rifle and not squeeze while shouldering their accuracy will become much more consistent.
This is another reason I like the Wokbutt that you make.
It fits the shoulder perfectly and there is no need to pull it tight. Weld is perfect every time.

Condors have 2 supports at the front of the scope rail. This does decrease frame flex and they should be making all of their frames like that but solid with no space. That alone would solve the pesky point of impact change

Tried it again at 25 yards and it takes a LOT of lateral pressure to get this Condor to flex. Was able to get the dot to indicate on each side of the crosshair. Should have measured that. But if the gun was held normal to firm there was zero deflection.

Bought a laser and don’t see any flex at 15yds. Am i doing it wrong?

Yes it fits fine.
Will it be able to work with the AR grip adaptor that is not connected to the WOKGARD? If I remember correctly, it overlaps the frame where you have those pieces.

I know it’s not ideal drilling holes but if it is not bolted at both ends only one is really working at a time. When pressure left or right is applied, the side with no preassure will want to lift on the end with no bolt and the other side will be doing all the work.
By bolting it on the other end it will turn into a box and can’t move.
I know it needs to be a simple bolt on no drilling thing to make easy to sell.
Try putting a C clamp on the end with no bolt and see if it changes anything.
I like it. I’m interested when they become available for sale.

Maximize the length and have some bow to the pieces perhaps
That way they bolt up tight with positive pressure at the front of the cutout.
Maybe try that with the ally first. That may solve the last bit of wiggle you see.
That’s ok Adam. I bet what you made is STILL an improvement over NOT having your custom part.

Did some more testing today with fresh batteries in the laser.
With some force I still could get the dot to move….which is not good.
So I am going to make the plate out of steel a little longer and heat treat them and see if I can get zero movement of the laser on testing.
