New knob doesn’t look like I expected….
Something, it ain’t right!
Here’s my old black Talon cocking knob:
Here’s the new knob Sub sent me:
But when I completed the installation, NOTHING had changed. It still looks like it did before!
WTF!!! Should I ask for my money back? Did he machine it wrong??? I’m pretty sure I got it in the right hole. Shouldn’t it look different from the OEM knob? The knob stem is nice and bright!
I just don’t know what to make of this whole thing. How come mine
doesn’t look as good as everyone else’s?
Can’t seem to catch a break. Any advice appreciated!!!

I think the stock knob looks better.
There was a reason why AF made them out of pretty hard stuff. I will see how brass treats the receiver.
After installing it, my .25 gained almost 50 fps, just like Subssonic said!
I like the fact that it is stainless steel and won’t break, ever!

I was hoping as much but wasn’t too shure… As for the Fps gains that is only on guns in the hands of those who cant read their cronny in the first place… 🙄

😀 It isn’t the knob Hoot, I given it some serious attention. The difference is the Cocking bolt and the Custom Trigger that makes it look different. You need those two Items and things will be fine. 😀

I took the rubber cover off, but I put the new knob on so tight I can’t get it off. I guess I’ll just leave it that way…looks nicer.
