New knob doesn’t look like I expected….

Something, it ain’t right!

Here’s my old black Talon cocking knob:

Here’s the new knob Sub sent me:

But when I completed the installation, NOTHING had changed. It still looks like it did before!

WTF!!! Should I ask for my money back? Did he machine it wrong??? I’m pretty sure I got it in the right hole. Shouldn’t it look different from the OEM knob? The knob stem is nice and bright!

I just don’t know what to make of this whole thing. How come mine
doesn’t look as good as everyone else’s?

Can’t seem to catch a break. Any advice appreciated!!!

Hoot,

Although humanity has asked you nicely not to reproduce and put a cover on your chubby when having your wicked wicked way with your significant other and your neighbor, you do not need to put the cover on your bolt knob.

Take the cover off and all will be fine.
