No love for the Edgun on the yellow!!!
Man why airgun sites are so fricking addictive! I’m in a wedding right now but I couldn’t resist not to grab my phone and check TAG and the yellow! 🙂 not like the wedding is boring but is the part when everybody is talking about the groom and the bride blah blah blah,! Anyways i checked the yellow and someone posted…what gun is on your wish list, nobody mentioned Edguns, so I had to say something! The Adm. did a good job brain washing ppl against Ed’s guns, ok back to the wedding!

I wouldn´t dare to do that on my Backyard. Although my neighbors are used to all kinds of strange activities from our side of the fence – and have grown to accept it as a part of their miserable life – i´m pretty sure they´d draw the line on those explosions and the following cloud of smoke.
Sure is fun in the back yard though. IMR powder doesn’t work as well as black powder does.

We did that with SG cases too but removed them shots, closed the casing and put them on a drilled holes filled with Vihtavuori Powder. That isn´t overly popular at a public shooting range though … :whistle:
Better yet, using a shotgun primer and a drill bit one size smaller than the primer, take a 2×4 and drill holes in the wood 3″ deep 4″ apart. Once that’s done fill hole with black powder and insert primer into hole. Place out to 50 yards. Sounds like a shotgun going off when primer is hit. 😛
It’s more fun if your shooting with someone and didn’t tell them what you’ve done, let them have 1st shot…..

that yellow forum became an opposition for the Edgun… just ignore all the folks that against Edgun ,,,
why should i hate the Edgun????????????? or why should i hate Cricket?????????????? or ugly Bobcat …???????????? since the accuracy of the guns are superb why???????? the rests ere related to the mentality ,,,that for ex, i don’t want to buy a bobcat only because of the ugly design,,,no doubt about the accuracy ,,,,but still i am saying that maybe one day comes and buy the bobcat … for sure ,,if i ever get any chance for other guns i will buy them without any hesitate
i wanted to post this pics and vid on my thread first ,,, but i will post more details there,,this is just to show the accuracy of my Edgun at exact 80 mtr that can hit the short .22LR shell with the 2nd shot with a very bad and unsuitable head sizes for my gun… more details will be post in my privet thread …

No one ever said your targets were a fake. What i said (i refer to “I” since i seem to be one who started the subject “Internet Marksmanship) was that there is no way of knowing at what distance,which gun and what shooter does the shooting on the pics posted on the net thus i take them all with a grain of Salt and so i´d never base my verdict on a Gun´s accuracy on those pics.
It doesn´t matter if the target is a paper target, an empty casing or a living Bird – these facts cannot be verified by looking at the pics on the Cyberspace.
That´s all i meant and that´s how it is – for me.
Now – do you want to make shooting those cases funnier ?? Take a few live rounds, remove the bullet,put some tape over the bullet end of the casing to keep the powder in and place them around at various distances so the rim/ignition part of the casing is facing towards you.

yeah, funny how johnny Sweden got banned for jumping on every thread and telling how FX was better than whatever was discussed, but now FX is the flavor of the year 🙂 🙂
I don’t know what everyone is complaining about? You are allowed to speak freely on the Yellow…as long as Steve agrees with you! If he is supposed to be the “owner” of the forum, his customer service and interpersonal skills suck.
It is very obvious to me that the “owner” and some of the other prominent contributors are influenced (sponsored) by certain mfgs. and retailers.

If you want a forum where you can speak freely and not feel like you are tip toeing to get along, the Yellow is NOT the place.

Yup…I wouldn’t be surprised if they banned the guy who made a good review about his .22 Edgun R3 Short. ONLY reason he’s still there is probably because he also posted a good review about his .30 Bobcat. Forums like that are insane, why ruin others chance at a good gun that they might enjoy more over an FX or other allowed gun companies just because they had ONE bad experience with the gun/owner? That’s just immature honestly…it’s an airgun forum…not highschool. I understand being paid to advertise/praise a certain gun/company…but not to diss one at EVERY possible chance just because of a personal vendetta, that just makes me want the gun that is “banned” more! Anyways, just my :2cents: I hope no one from yellow sees this post and bans me for speaking my mind. Nothing against any of the admins, just think a forum is a place where people should be able to speak freely…as long as its not hurting others.

I believe you know me,,, and never ever meant you ,,, or any specific body ,,, i just wanted to say for those who thought my targets are fake ,, i mean the distance were not exact distance that i mentioned ,,, if some one has thought that my targets not taken from the exact mentioned distance let see the vid and this is the accuracy of my R3M even with the pellets that my gun barrel doesn’t like them,,, i will post further detail in my thread ,,,
