I never bought anything from Joe BS ………….. yet, but was thinking of getting a hi pressure drier from him, but because of this ordeal that was not handle off line like most professionally driven vendors would do ……….. I will not !

This is the reason I don’t even bother to answer these posts. Total ignorance of any facts, and in this case intentional misleading of those on the forums.
1) Dmann, you “elude” to the fact you have more facts than anyone else ABOUT ME, well, PLEASE SHARE THEM HERE and NOW, as I have nothing to hide. You know nothing more than anyone else on the forum. In fact.
2) Oak DID call me as I was going to church on Sunday. It started off with him saying go ahead and sue him. It got heated, but it ended with him admitting he was wrong, and didn’t have his facts straight. He knows I am not liable. If he correct his posts like he should, will be seen.
3) Oak was banned becuase he purposely and continually mis-represented me, and my intentions, as being nefarious. These were outright attacks on me that were not deserved AT ALL. (Even after he finally admitted he never purchased a gun from me or Petr.). The mods told him to ease up, even Tony told him to ease up. He didn’t stop.
I explained it time and time again on the forum that it was un-deserved, so did the monitors. He continued to mis-represent me, so I took it up a notch an had my lawyers copy the posts. (now, even he’ll admit it was not true).
Freedom of speech does NOT give one the right to lie or purposely mis-represent someone. Like it or not, even this rather free forum puts limits on lying about someone.

Are YOU the guy that originally was going to import the Mutants and didn’t have the cash and lost sole importation and is now screwing it up for all the other vendors? How many people know THAT fact about the “sole importation” and why this pot got stirred in the first place?

Now to clarify…
I didn’t loose sole importation rights cause I never had it.
It’s no secret… I didnt have the cash flow so i passed it on.
I have not posted anything negative about any of the mutant vendors other than peter.
I was actually helping peter out… when he kept sending out them made in Germany barrels I chose to seperate myself.
The only pot I stirred was the one with peter… and rightfully so.
Now if you want me to drag all that back up I can but your a smart man and you know what I’m talking about.
We can leave that at that.
