on the list

Pissing contest at my age isn’t about who can piss far, but who can piss fast. And I’m sorry to be so ornery, I’m just cranky waiting on an Edgun and I just find myself lashing out at the slightest provocation. 👿
Nice, allmost a sophisticated pissing contest 😆
After reading this I emailed Ed, and I am also on the list for the .25 standard.
Still expected delivery March…so no extra wait!
Thanks to Ed for that. He truly has an amazing costumer service !
Regards Kristoffer.
Well…for me… it’s every Edgun picture I see because I don’t have one. And just what I want another model to lust after.
BTW-I’m on the list for the R3 .25 standard before you and I have a better camera to boot. So I hope I’m torturing you in the, I hope, not to distant future.
You are evil. 👿
It’s a good thing I just happen to be Eduard’s illegitimate grandfather!!!

Well, charity does start at home, and Ed has to take care of his local customers because that’s where his guaranteed market exists.
Outside of the Motherland, we must accept that we are a secondary market, or as some might say “….about as useful to Ed as an illegitimate, ugly, one-legged, red-headed stepchild, with a large boil on his ass, and a bad case of worms!”
However, Eduard, being the saintly individual that he is, has undertaken to send us what he can, when he can, and however he can.
I know that Eduard, not wanting to burn in Hell for all eternity, will eventually find in his heart, the will to send Standard Matadors in .25 caliber to the pitiful, whining, sniveling masses of Westerners, who constantly plague his email, and representatives, with impossible demands for his products.
We must be patient. Eduard, like Jesus, Budda, and The Prophet, is only one man, doing the best he can to satisfy the neverending demands of the hoards of ungrateful individuals, who can see no further than their own wants and desires.
Perhaps, as a sign of good faith, good will, and a promise of better things to come, Eduard…whom I know loves me like a son, will send ME a .25 caliber Standard Matador, so I may post pictures, performance, and attributes, of this pcp, for the rest of you ignorant, illiterate, and foul smelling swine, to admire and lust after!
So, Eduard, rest assured I would do no less for my dog than for the ingrate members of this forum. Tony has my name and address for the shipment.
Rest assured the forum members would all agree that I speak for them all, in the above remarks.
Sincerest regards,
Humble, Kindly, ‘Ol Uncle H 😯 😯 T
PS: If it’s available in stainless steel, would it be too much trouble to substitute that for the standard blued model????
I was told by the Man himself that those who already have the .25 Standard (presumably in Russia) were very happy with the performance of gun. I don’t know these people, nor am I in touch with them. I only hope I’ll be among the first outside Russia/Estonia to own a .25 Standard.
Hoot, if you don’t hear back from Tony, maybe I can help.
You ARE out of your mind! 😆
Klojo, I PM’d Tony and asked to change my order from a .22 Standard to a .25 Standard.
That may add months to my wait, but I was interested in a .25 Standard over a year ago and was told it was not made. Which was true at that time.
Any chance we might talk the owner of this little beast to bless us with some pictures and perhaps some shot strings?
I haven’t received any word from Tony that I’m out of my mind, so I’m assuming that it may indeed exist.

Hi younger oldgoat,
I guess this older oldgoat likes extremities rather than mediocrities 😉 To me the Matador Standard is better suited than the Matador Long for HUNTING, and my absolutely top accurate John Bowkett Special .25 BSA Lonestar ‘beanpole” is better suited for BENCH SHOOTING. So when I (hopefully) get my .25 Matador Standard I may very well have the best of both worlds, or, as someone else might say, I’ll have the cake and eat it too!! LOL…
With the highest regards,
😀

Hey you older oldgoat: the long version is under 33″.
I had a Lone Star, for about a month and I forgot to measure it, how long is THAT beanpole? 😆
All kiding aside, if the 25 standard gets 30 regulated shots @ 950 fps, it would get at least 35 and maybe close to 40 at 890.
I just might have to get on the list; again.
Regards
And I was told quite the opposite by someone who should know best 😉
Apparently 30 full power (950 fps/Kings) shots per fill and just as accurate 🙂
I was told there is no such thing as an R3 .25 caliber Standard Matador.
What have you heard/been told about this???
Curious…..

I am on the list for an R3 .25 Standard, possibly one of the first to come out of Russia/Estonia. Can’t wait to see how it compares to all of your .25 Long ones. A long bullpup is a bit of a contradiction in terms, but that’s just my HO 😉
Tedd you are right on the waiting, it gives allot of guys soemthing to do 😯 But by no means is it Ed’s fault, I just tried to put myself in his shoes! You have a product that is fantastic and a guy that post fixes on video, and his machine work and guns are tops! hands down. Then he spends more time than I am sure he wants to fighting Customs just to get his guns delivered to anxious awaiting guys like us! From what I know or have been told I don’t think Ed has allot of people working for him, I would love to see his operation, all cnc work by looking at his guns and internal parts. All us Edgun owners have to know for a compact small package this is one quality gun, this gun ROCKS! shot count is great accuracy is the best, all the parts are machined perfect! What other gun out there can you buy, without doing any mods, can you compare it to?

Know the feeling.
Today I beat up the wife, kicked the kids (and there’s tree, so now my leg is soar) and jumped on the Damn cat.
But I feel pretty good now 😉
