I was just thinking about when I ordered the shoebox compressor. You would go to the site and your number 328 next week you check your 297 and so on. It was a ling wait but you saw progress. I have plenty of guns just not knowing anything is wierd. Tell me a year from next month OK tell me nothing is tough. lol Nottoo many items you order and they say not sure when you will get it?
I also agree that getting the Matadors out of Russia has to be driving Ed and Tony nuts!
I ordered a couple of spare air valves directly from Ed and they took over two months to reach me! 😯
I was lucky and only had to wait about 6 weeks for my first Matador. Having one already makes the wait a little less painful.
You guys should have ordered a Matador a couple of years back. You wouldn’t be dying out there right now!

I’m with you. I think the customs issues are enough to drive Tony and Ed nuts. I’m on the list and plan on patiently waiting until I get the happy news e-mail from Tony.
They’ll come when they come. Relax and quit waiting…do other things!
We need to be glad we have a list to be on. The rest of the pcp community isn’t so lucky.
In the entire world, outside of Russia, there are only a couple of places to even order an Edgun. Ed’s beating himself to death to get these guns to the West. He could sell every one he makes in Eastern Europe, so let’s not try the man’s patience.

Eddie, Don’t know current statis of Edgun to America but my gun says made in Russia and since my edgun arrival there has been other edguns reaching our shores that say made in Estonia. Perhaps Ed has now found a better means for exporting. Maybe not so long of a wait. One can only hope.
so the wait for an Edgun continues! I really have to feel for Ed but it must be a pain in the ass for the man, who has such a nice product to sell and because of customs he is fucked! Sounds like a good reason to move, or take a couple guys up on there offer that I have seen posted up on making the parts in the US! but like allot of things not as easy as just talking about it! I have no answers for Ed it seems a batch of guns that came through last time with all of Zocos, not sure spelling is correct on that name, but all the shit he went through to get his guns! i know he moved allot but he was always very good about letting him know where he was at all times! then when he did get them, obvious rust and parts missing to what I had heard was from customs tearing things apart on the guns and not getting anything put back correct? what the hell did they think they would find or what were they looking for WTF!!!

I’m on the list for a R3 22 cal standard. I’m currently down to only 2 Edguns and I just couldn’t stand it!
went on the list for a long R3 .25 a couple weeks ago
at the time Tony commented via Email that he will probably get some in the beginning of 2012
I jumped on the list for both a .22 R3 and .25 R3 about 2 weeks ago; Tony didn’t want to commit to or even guess on an ETA because of the ongoing customs & shipping issues. I’m in no rush and understand the problems and also know there are others in front of me on the list. They’ll get here eventually and that’s good enough for me.
In my experience it’s far better for the vendor and customer if the delivery date is quoted long and the product arrives earlier than quoted rather than the other way around… it saves a lot of “where’s my rifle?” emails from the customer if an overly-optimistic delivery date is missed.
FYI, it took about 14 weeks from order to arrival back in early 2010 for my .22 R2.
