over the years I have known a great number of serious “collectors” that had incredible Winchester, Colt, ect collections
every one of them bitched about paramilitary guns

secreted away in their Vaults each had minty Colt 21AC Thompsons, WWI BARS, R71 BARS…ect
no they didnt show them off and whenever they had the chance they talked shit about even others who were into collecting registered machineguns
last year there was an impressive machinegun auction out east
it was the estate of one of the high muckety mucks of the NRA

Not so dumb to overfill. the gauge on the eTAC and the gauge on the tank agreed. It was just approaching 3000psi. No pictures since there was nothing to look at. The disc looked the same except the plug in it was gone

and in LDs post you see the veiled core issue…that they worry and fret that truly high power air guns will be the end of non regulated Red Ryders.
basically that the only person who might have want of a Big Bore AG is someone who is legally unable to own a conventional regulated firearm
more over someone like 80 Grit has no right to own anything more deadly than a spork
note LD both open and closes his post referencing the legal aspect

of course using that idiot logic bows, clubs, spears, crossbows, atlatl’s, slingshots…all need prohibition as they really are rather uncessary in the modern age.

Airguns were not first created so old codgers could play silly little backyard games like overgrown children
airguns were created to be highly efficent killing machines for the elite
something that wouldn’t stink up ones clothing with the odor of brimstone and leave soot stains on ones finger tips
moreover until the advent of the percussion cap Airguns were the only truly weather proof game gun out there

I truly detest this Red Ryder mentality shared by many of the hangers on at the Yellow
that use of Air guns is really very very recent…{started primarily in second half of the 20th century} when contrasted to well over two hundred years of pneumatic big bores.

Kind of a funny guy. You mention installing a valve with no burst disk and he had nothing to say about it. I mention instead of buying a new valve you could just plug it. I guess that was just to much for him.

I did miss that, Non of my other rifle’s have Burst disk’s so I wont lose any sleep over it.

Funny that he would call “us” who have removed them “retards”, but acknowledge that they can fail from normal use……
