Got the word, our shipment made it to customs.
Wasted 2-3 days, from them wanting to take a peek.
Should have the word tomorrow, on the shipping time to our door.
As usual, if they drag their feet, I will make the trip and pick em up in person.

was wondering what was going on with the order. 2500 pounds of stuff is one huge pickup. tomorrow you will have word on when you should see the rifles at your door? or pick them up? if its a week for delivery grab em if not and a few days then wait it out… keep us updated

there is more to this than you know though tulsa. when i tell the powers that be that made the purchase to pay me back (powers being my mother) and i keep telling her next week, next week, next week, (been like this for 3 weeks now) it gets to a point where you just cant wait any longer. shes already threatened to ask for a refund because paypal flagged the purchase as fraudulent when she flashed the money over which already has her on edge about being ripped off. and because the purchase was more then 30 days ago paypal doesnt cover for fraud protection which is making her even more antsy. in turn i get the short end, and then i ask why its taking so long.

i mentioned saving my pennys to buy a cricket, at the sum of 1200 dollars you can see where that comes into the picture when i live off basically nothing every month as is. not all of us have money to throw around like a lot of folks on the yellow do as shown by a new 1200+ rifle or pistol every month they post about
my personal means are not up for discussion publicly. she owed me the money and rather then paying me money and tax me on it she bought the rifle as my payment for things i have done and need to still do at the shop if that makes sense. i worked for trade, plainly put. beyond that i have stated why im getting anxious and tired at the same time telling my mom next week because from info posted im led to believe it will be next week.

ok now im lost. they cleared customs last tuesday and you are just now getting the order today the 28th…. im seriously confused.
when does this mean you will be shipping them out, i was under the impression you had the rifles delivered end of last week and were sorting/inspecting before shipping them out….. im so confused.
can we opt to just have them sent with our options packed inside the rifle box without you inspecting them and try to get them by the end of the week?
No offense Reaper, but you might want to cut these guys a little slack. When I look at that picture, I see a dirty, sweaty guy in work clothes who looks like he just got finished with a long-ass drive. I understand that you are eager to get your hands on one, but I don’t think that you realize just how difficult it is to bring product into this country from the opposite side of the planet. Just try to imagine all of the potential variables in design, manufacturing, logistics and administration- and realize that you can’t affect even one of them. All you can really do is write the check, shut up, wait and be prepared to run interference when possible. I’d be willing to bet that if Mike could wave a magic wand and make any of this happen smoother, faster, easier or cheaper then he would have been doing it long ago.
Not saying this is mrodair’s fault, as I’ve heard that SPA can be as slow as pond water sometimes, but last update on mrodair’s site says that they should be there on 14th of July.?.
He feels hesitant to send final payment without some kind of current, detailed update, again, something he cannot seem to get.
Does anyone have any current news or information?

not to be a dick but aero, you should check the update thread before posting your own or post on the update threaqd itself about questions. any new updates or news always gets posted by mike at mrod onto the update thread because thats where and why its there and for

I know you guys have been waiting for these, and I really appreciate your patience.
Now we have asked the Broker, to expedite our trucking and they are coming directly to our shop as I am typing this.

Friend of mine now getting impatient. He ordered his in February with the understanding it could take 3-4 months to arrive, but only recent updates or information he can get, is on making final payment for P-12.?.

hopefully everything on mikes end is nice and tidy and there isnt any damaged units from shipping and customs.
im hoping to see the rifles start shipping if they havent already started. hope to have mine by the end of the week.
P12 1 meter from muzzle – 99.1DB
P12 at cheek weld – 97.3 DB
Marauder 1 meter from muzzle – 95.8 DB
The type of sound is cleariy different between the two guns. You can discern that from the audio in my group shooting videos. Mine has a very low ping as it has a regulator installed.
However I don’t think you can have one too quiet 😀
from what i hear on your videos tulsa, granted microphones dont do the human ear justice. i would swear it was quieter then the high 90’s for Db.
a marauder is claimed to be “backyard friendly” at 1.5Db higher then a marauder the human ear cannot tell the difference unless you have insane hearing. the tone however as you say is different.

You like mentioning the Yellow a lot and how little you think of it and its members but you should have realized by now that ALOT of members here are members of the Yellow and post there regardless of what they think of the politics that go on there, and why not the Yellow is a MUCH larger forum with a much larger knowledge base and the potential to reach more buyers and sellers. I personally post on 5 separate forums and try to avoid all politics and I think I can safely say 99% of the FS ads I post have been purchased by Yellow members. As for what people choose to buy with their $1200 is their choice (a lot more expensive guns on this forum than you care to admit) and for you to gripe about just makes you sound MUCH younger than your “27 years” if these guns are beyond your means as you’ve made it sound then buy what you can and just enjoy it no reason to begrudge them their toys. The Yellow is an accumulation of probably a dozen AG forum member that use it as a hub to make announcements and sell. And take this for what its meant to be (advice).
